Be Happy – Get Your Work Done Through Others.

The best way quickly is how to get your work done through others. Assume, you have plenty of time and money to pursue your targets, then there is no worry. You can do whenever you like to do. But when you do not have sufficient time or money but you have got good dreams – what will you do? You may have to seek other resources, depend upon your friends and well wishers. You may succeed or not. But your requirement is pressing one. For that time, you must have better persuasion skills to get your work done through others. It is not bad at all. If you get your work done through others and provide some consideration for the efforts and resources they put on your disposal, that will be worth as it may save a lot of head ache at your end and you can use your own time and resources in further working for your other targets.

Having good persuasion skills has become a necessity in today's fast-paced world. A large part of your success depends on the cooperation of other people. Influencing them to your way of thinking is now a very essential step in the fulfillment of your goals.

I may suggest you some simple but effective persuasion skills you may use everyday to build loyal and lasting relationships through the power of persuasion and influence.

You Must Enter Their World.
Copy them. Observe how they act, how they speak, and how they think. If they rub their forehead while they think, act like them. If they speak at a clear and slow pace, try to do the same thing. This is called mirroring. In due time, the people you're mirroring will subconsciously feel more comfortable with you. It's as if they see themselves in you. However, you must proceed with caution. Do not let them be aware that you are copying them. They might interpret it as mockery and you'll just get into trouble.

Meet Their Existing Needs and Desires.
People are self-centered. They are initially concerned with their own well-being before others. If you can prove that your proposal will provide more advantageous benefits to them than to your own, then they will probably accept it. If you could focus more on their interests, desires, needs, and expectations, then you would satisfy their cravings for attention. Moreover, it would show that you really care about them. Mutual trust and respect would be established. Satisfy the "What's In It For Me?" test first, before convincing others to do what you want them to do.

Provide Them with Compelling Evidence.
Explain to them how your ideas or suggestions could be the most effective techniques to implement. Show them undeniable proof that you have the best product by way of testimonials, before and after scenarios, and detailed comparisons against your competitors. Just make sure that all your claims are true and verifiable. Always maintain a good reputation. Be friendly and nice. Smile to brighten up the day. Make a sincere compliment to raise their spirits. Little things like these count a lot. Make them feel that whenever they need help or just someone to look up to, you'll always be there to lend a hand. They would tend to be more receptive to people that they trust.

Communicate Wittingly But Clearly.
Most people, if not all, would like to be accepted and to be perceived as likeable in the eyes of others. But what if you have to tell something undesirable to your friend, which is just for his or her own good? How can you get your message across without hurting their feelings? Substitute negative statements with positive ones. Instead of saying "You don't understand," say "Let me explain." Instead of remarking "You're wrong," say "Permit me to clarify." Instead of stating "You failed to say," just mention "Perhaps this was not stated." There are certain words that affect a person more negatively in comparison with other words that have the same meaning.

Agree with Them First...
Nothing could be more pleasing to the ear than hearing someone else say that you are right. In this case, be prepared to let other people know that you respect their opinions. You may add your comments at the end, but acknowledge them first. Say: You're right, although ... Great suggestion, however ... I agree with your opinion, however ... I would feel the same way if I were you, although ... I understand your situation, however ... Reassure your counterparts that the decision made will benefit both parties. People need to feel that they have made the right choice.

Be Happy – Remove Your Poverty.

It is a known fact that the longer you spend doing something, the better you will become at it, you may gain expertise, your expertise may improve and you may be able to accomplish the task more quickly. By continuous practice, you may be able to avoid the hurdles you might have experienced earlier in doing the same job..

To become an expert at whatever it is you want to do, you know that if you put in the time and dedication or some extra time, dedication, energy and other investments, you'll eventually get there. After all, practice makes perfect. It is the Law of Life.

This rings true for almost anything in life and most professionals in any field will tell you that their practice to follow certain rules of life led them to where they are today.

In Sports - During his high school years, Michael Jordan never made the school basketball team but after years and years of dedication and practice, he became the all-star he is today.

In Arts - Heath Ledger took months to study and absorb his character, the Joker, in 'The Dark Knight' and actress Winona Ryder had to dive into the psychology of disturbed women for months before starring in 'Girl Interrupted'.

In Music - The Beatles were no strangers to practice. In the earlier days of their career, they played 8 hour sessions, every night of the week without fail. Well, we all know how successful they became.

There are an endless number of fields where world-class experts will tell you the same thing. Dedication, motivation and hours of practice will make you better at anything you take on. It's common sense. It is the proven formula for most things. But here lies the problem. This does not apply to making money.

The Prosperity Paradox

We spend the majority of our lives trying to make good money. Calculate if you are 40 years old – It means that you have already spent 20 years dedicating the majority of your time and effort into making money. At 40 hours a week, that's over 40,000 hours spent making money! After that much time, you should already be a master at it!

Think about what your golf handicap would be if you spent that amount of time on the driving range! But the truth is, most of you will continue breaking your backs for the rest of your lives and still not get any better at making money. Why? Money is the only thing you will not get better at with time. It is the Prosperity Paradox and it exists because of the 3 great lies we tell ourselves about money.

The 3 Great Factors

1) Money = Career.

Most often we think that our career path will determine how much money we will make. An accountant and a clerk may have certain expected pay grades. We believe those who wish to work as employees, their chosen career always has a salary cap. But this type of thinking limits their potential to make money. The truth is that you can reach financial success regardless of your monthly paycheck if you think beyond the barrier.

There are four quarters in the society: First quarter belongs to those who work as employees to someone(s). They can not think beyond their salary checks. They can earn better if their remuneration is linked with the incentives based on their productivity. Otherwise, they may adopt some corrupt practices, NOT ADVISABLE.

Second quarter belongs to those who are self-employed. Most of them do consultancy or liaison job. Although their earnings are not secured, it depends upon their commitments and performance. Some people undertake turn key projects. If they succeed in their ventures, they can expect increased incomes. Their practice can make turnarounds in their lives.

Third quarter is there for them who are businessmen. If they do in some systems which are proven trustworthy, they can enjoy their lives with every jump in their income slabs. They have to take care about the shortcomings every time to coordinate their sources and opportunities. Every time, they have to strive hard for creation of the opportunities and use them to the best of their purpose. Here, if they follow ethics, their success can be of permanent nature.

Fourth quarter of the society covers those persons who have got plenty of money through any source and invest them with the businessmen/industrialists. In return, they get fixed incomes. They enjoy the life to the extent of their limits. If they save out of their incomes and redeploy them in more productive heads, they can expect better results. But principal amounts are always in other hands. This quarter has to play very cautiously.

2) Money = The Value You Give The World.

You can make money only by giving value to the world. This is a myth. Think about jobs that benefit no one but themselves. Casino kings, drug lords, people who cheat others of their hard earned money. All these add no value to the world. Yet, these people are living the life honest folks deserve. Then, think about those who have given so much value to the world. Teachers, nurses, even garbage collectors are not anywhere close to being millionaires. So how can this statement be true? You need right opportunity to mint money honestly against the value you give to the world.

3) Money = Hard Work

The advice from our parents "You have to work hard for your money" no longer rings true. Money does not equal hard work. Most people slog all day and night, they take on two or three jobs, eat from their desks, ruin their health, suffer from stress, and yet they are no closer to financial freedom than before. Why? Perhaps, they do not apply their brains for their betterment. They follow the lines laid down by others.

These 3 lies are created by YOU, by society and by your misconceptions about money. In fact, money doesn't relate to any of these things! The only thing your financial success relates to is your... Prosperity Blueprint. You need to have your own Prosperity Blue Print.

2) You are BRAINWASHED by society.

You were conditioned to have certain limited and stereotypical beliefs about money. Here are a few phrases that I am sure you have heard before whether you believe them or not: “Money is the root of all evil”, “It's more enlightened to be poor than rich”, “If I get rich, everyone will want something from me”. “As you show your money, the people will become your enemies.” And so on!

In fact, even some very famous people have cautioned us against money:

3) You are influenced by BIPOLARITY within society.

There are many subsections within the society: The rich and the poor, the educated and the uneducated, the urban and rural and so on. These splits within our society have fortified the limitations in our self-belief system about making money, “People like us will never be rich.” “People like them have it so good.” These conditionings have limited your potential to make money. This is a very BIG problem. You will have to break downs such conditioning.
