Be Happy – Transcend Your Poverty Consciousness Forever.

We know that everything has its wonders, even darkness and silence. After every night, there is a day. At the end of a tunnel, you usually find a ray of light. If for some reason, you find yourself to be in mid of many troubles, that does not mean that those troubles will remain always there. Sometime, troubles make you aware of the circumstances why they have come about, if they are there in result of your wrong decisions and/or you have mismatched your resources with your targets.
Similarly, poverty is a choice that we make everyday without our active knowledge.  It's the choice to be uncreative, feel limited in resources, thinking inside the box, smaller than life, deeply powerless, incapable of receiving love, and not believing that anything is possible.  Poverty thinking is a disease and an unconscious choice that is based in the ignorance of our true power.  This unawareness is the one deciding factor as to whether someone continues to remain broke and struggling for another year, or starts to shift their energy into receiving a new source of income next week.
The moment you choose to believe in any poverty based thought, you start thinking more small, limited and negative thoughts about life.  It has a snowball affect to it, where you begin to attract more limiting thoughts based in that misunderstanding.  When negative thinking becomes your habit, you begin to invent thoughts that support your old poverty minded thoughts.  The repetitive cycle of poverty thinking is a social disease that festers and feeds upon itself.
Every time we identify with the poverty mindset in other person who thinks there is "not enough", we slowly inherit and mirror their disease.  By accepting the limiting beliefs of others, we forget our original abundant nature, and stop realizing who we really are, are all-powerful beings.  The moment we can understand the foundational lie that poverty is based upon, and take full responsibility for the suffering we are creating through our choices, then we can begin choosing a new path and acting from a new mindset to create a new world.
It's good to know that poverty thinking is not our original nature. Our real inherent nature has no boundaries or limitations on what is possible and what isn't. This original abundant mind is something we were born with, and is rooted in knowing that we are all absolutely loved, free and totally abundant.  Poverty consciousness is a limiting mindset that was inherited by your community in order to be accepted, fit in, and welcomed into the social norm. We often would rather be accepted by others than seen as an outcast who is believing they are bigger, better and richer.  If your friends, family and community never had any poverty thoughts on any level, you wouldn't have it either.  You would only know how to be creative in ways where you'd think anything is possible, and know deep down that abundance was your birthright.
When I connect with people who are struggling financially, I always find there is one thing they have in common. They all continuously choose to support their old limiting thoughts and negative beliefs around money.  Rather than actually doing something radically different and exciting to move through them, people live and hide underneath their excuses.  They become cowards to discovering their real power, hiding behind their pride, rather than revealing and healing their feelings of fear, self-judgment and financial intolerance. Each time their mind unconsciously creates this pattern of choosing a desperate needy response to life.  The habit becomes so natural that they have to something very radical to alleviate this perpetual addictive state of financial frustration.  They have to accept the fact that they are following their old excuses, and now choosing to live a life that is continuously moving through the fear.
Remember, the impoverished mindset is one that continuously resists fear, controlling the emotions and creating distractions so they do not have to feel their fear.  This type of controlling energy tends to say NO to life, denying new ideas, opportunities and people.  It abides in a feeling there is never enough to go around, and we must compete, suck it up, and live a life of compromise if we are to survive.  It thinks you must stick to doing your duty, live in obligations, always work hard, struggle to survive, and not think too big just so we don't upset others.  It's in this very uncreative approach to life that people escape from their true power and get to be irresponsible for their real life purpose which is to know themselves.
Poverty thinking is the one disease that can completely destroy the great potential of love and joy your life contains.  People continue choosing to play small, helpless, lazy, abandoned, unloved and unwanted because there's nothing they can do about it and it is their "destiny".  It's actually a very selfish self absorbed way to live, never considering how to help out others, and thinking only of yourself and how your desires, wants and needs are not quite fully met.  Poverty consciousness is perhaps the most unconscious, self destructive and addictive pattern that people have which will ruin their chances at enjoying their life.
The poverty mindset can be brilliant in the way that it will rationalize things, thinking that by consuming fewer resources we are thus helping the world out and saving our planet.  By spending less money we become wealthier and less dependant on money or the world for our survival.  Of course, there is a grain of truth in everything, and the best path is to create a world of total sustainability within a conscious loving lifestyle.  Yet the intention of holding back out of fear and not fully honoring your true power is the greatest loss of all.  If you're constantly holding tight onto money, you're creating struggle and strive within yourself and always feeling that you don't have enough.  This manifests in many forms, one will show up as your inability to contribute your full unlimited unbounded joy into your community. You cannot show up for a wild free abundant loving life purpose if you are holding tight onto anything and living in fear on any level.
The feeling of being poor is so terrifying for some people that every thought and action becomes about avoiding that experience. Many people in this world choose to become insanely rich based out of their deepest fear of being broke.  This avoidance however morphs into another type of poverty consciousness, as it never allows the mind to relax and rest into its divine original nature.  Any type of non-relaxed fear based thinking is going to have a feeling of poverty connected to it on some level.  Be aware that poverty consciousness is a very sneaky beast and it can show up in your life in a large variety of forms.  It may be as obvious as feeling you don't have enough money to pay your rent each month, the paranoia that someone may rip you off, the idea that there is only one soul mate in the world for you, or the idea that you have to eat everything on your dinner plate, even if you are not hungry.  Just know that if any thought is formed out of fear, it is based in some level of poverty thinking.
The first step to transcending poverty consciousness is to find out exactly where it is showing up in your life and in your thinking.  It is only through the awareness of these negative thoughts that you can liberate your mind from repeating them.  The moment a limiting thought flows through the brain you must step back from it, see it from a distance, and don't emotionally buy into the story that accompanies it.  When you are able to identify exactly where, when and how you emotionally fall into your poverty stricken belief system, then you have a chance at moving beyond it.   Yet, you must keep a very close watchful eye on poverty thinking if you're ever going to get beyond it.  When you can see how you justify being stuck, poor, or happily struggling then you'll be able to find a way to invent a new story about how good it feels to no longer live in a world filled with excuses.
People often tell themselves that its easier to remain stuck in just having enough to survive, than to own up to the fact that they are a super powerful manifesting being who can have anything they desire.  If they owned that empowering thought, it would either mean their whole life was some sort of failure or they were a completely stupid and ignorant person.  So people make up all sorts of wonderful "feel good" stories about their poverty, saying that it is more holy to be poor, or its not ok to take "too much" and this takes up their energy for remembering we have an infinite supply of creativity, love, energy and consciousness available.  These are the ingredients which actually create money!
Living in poverty consciousness is living a lie, based in deep denial to knowing the magical manifesting potential energy inside you.  The consequences for continuing to believe in such a deep misunderstanding are the experiences of struggle, pain, desperation, and lack.  The more money you feel you don't have the more busy you become to fulfill this need.  Poverty thinking creates an energetic distraction from knowing your intimate connection with the source. The mind is obsessed with being right, and for it to admit how its choosing each day to remain stuck manifesting more poverty stricken situations, would completely destroy it.
No matter how rich or poor you are (even if you're a gazillionaire) the ego/mind will be addicted to wanting more.  It will always tell you that you need more and no matter how hard you try, you can never completely satisfy the demanding desiring ego. Its purpose is wanting, wanting, wanting and wanting more wanting!  This incessant wanting creates the feeling of poverty.  So it is important to remember that our ego is not designed to know what true satisfaction is, this is the purpose of the soul and discovering your spiritual nature.  The mind doesn't have the time to be curious about this divinity inside you.  It wants you to believe it is a lie, and that you need more stuff if you ever want to be happy. This lie that more things equals a better life is very deep, and if accepted over time it may cause you to lose sight of your source of true happiness, which is in your life purpose and spiritual nature.
To completely break away from poverty consciousness you simply have to commit your life to a new way of being.  You have to totally retrain your brain to believe that anything is possible.   Perhaps the most hidden secret to transcending poverty consciousness is also the most powerful one which is this.  Ultimately, when we can truly relax into the core of our worst feelings of poverty, the peace found in that relaxation contains an unstoppable resource of abundance, love, healing and creativity inside it.  It is only through facing our fear that we can be released from it.  What happens this is we find a state of total emptiness inside that also contains our greatest fullness.  We do nothing and merge with everything.
It comes down to dropping out of the head and into our heart, that we finally relax, and discover the natural state of abundance inside.  The heart contains the greatest freedom that is truly freeing and life enriching.  The feeling of great abundance naturally comes when you live from the heart and abide in feelings of gratitude that are already there. Check it out and see for yourself!  Imagine what would your week be like if you lived from your heart, and only practiced gratitude for the life you already have?  It is first through accepting the idea that you are enough that can later manifest into the experience of having enough.  If you're thinking for one minute about what you don't have, it means you've missed 60 seconds of feeling loved, rich, and abundant about what you do have.
Poverty thinking is a cheap way of getting scraps of love, which ultimately end up costing everyone in the end. It can be very enticing to stay in as other people around you don't want to leave their habits, and thus will give you tons of extra sympathy when you're broke and struggling in the dirt with them. It is all about believing in the lie that you are not an all powerful manifesting being that creates all suffering.  This lie is the greatest sin one can ever make.  It is the original missed mark of mankind, and is causing you to miss out on the deep source of joy that is at the core of your being. You need to revamp your attitude and mould it towards becoming a rich person as to how you would deal with yourself, others and judicious treatment of your resources without being jealous with other’s progress. You need to learn how the other one got success while you had the same set of circumstances around you. If you lack something, you must try to gain that and you will transcend your poverty consciousness soon.

Be Happy – We Need To Change Our Attitude.

It is human psychology that we prefer pleasures. But it is a known fact that almost every pleasure seeks some sacrifice unless that is bestowed upon us by some divine power. When we find ourselves in chilling winter, we hear, “It's Freezing! When will it be summer?" To our children, we try to explain that winter is just one of our seasons, and soon enough summer will arrive. They may not get convinced easily and perhaps may add, “But it is freezing cold. There's snow and ice everywhere. We can't even go out to play it is so cold." Since we know their innocence and our duty to quench their curiosity, some time we have to say, "We just have to enjoy the cold and wait for summer. It will get better." They may not understand that they have to go through winter and spring before summer arrives. They just knew it was cold and thought it would be that way forever.
They don't realize that it will get better, it will get warmer and they will get to play in the park again. They just know today is cold, yesterday was cold and for a while they haven't been able to play on the monkey bars in the park. And they want to know why it isn't summer. We all want things to get better now. You want certain things to get better in your life right now and you can get what you want. If things aren't going the way you want think of it as your winter period. It will get better, it won't stay this way forever, but first you have to create the changes you want.

During winter, it seems like nothing is growing or improving. But deep underground, the roots of trees, plants and grass are all getting their nourishment, and storing what they need to sprout in spring. And just like nature is constantly at work, you're always feeding your subconscious mind. You're either giving it the nourishment and information it needs to make your life better, or you're giving it the wrong information, the kind that makes your life harder.
If you want to enjoy greater success, if you want to make more money, meet the right person, get a better job, make the right choices, then you have to give your subconscious the right information. You have to feed your subconscious mind and inner powers the nourishment they need to bring you what you want. Just like mother nature is always at work, always giving us what we need at the right time, your subconscious and inner power are also constantly at work. Your subconscious and inner powers are always creating and shaping your life. You don't see them actively doing this. They just work quietly in the background. They create and shape your life based on what you feed them and how you direct them.

If you wanted to have a beautiful looking lawn, flower or vegetable garden you would have to take care of them. You'd have to give them the right combination of  food, seeds, water, and nourishment. You'd also have to spend plenty of time removing the weeds, and getting rid of any unwanted plants that could destroy your garden. This all takes time and requires patience. But with the right techniques and by doing the right combination of things you'll see the payoff within a few short months. You may not be a gardener, you may not even have a garden, and you may never want one. But you do have a mind, a subconscious mind and you  have your inner powers. You need to feed them the right information (food), nourish them and constantly give them the right direction (like water to a garden). Then you have to be patient, continue working, continue applying the right techniques and continue doing the right combination of things.

When you will continue to hammer upon something, one day you'll see the payoff. It all requires practice and discipline. So today think about what you want in a few short months. Now begin directing your subconscious mind and your inner powers by giving them the right information and the right directions so that you get what you want in those few short months You know, Nature is very powerful.  It can be very kind or it can be very destructive. Your subconscious is also very powerful. It can be very kind or it can make your life very difficult. While you can't control nature, you can control and direct your subconscious mind. This gives you tremendous power. Your subconscious and inner powers create your life based on your thoughts, beliefs and attitudes. When you have a garden filled with weeds you have to remove those weeds or they'll choke off all the wonderful plants, flowers and grass in your beautiful garden. If you take too long to remove them, they get stronger and they get harder to remove.

Negative thoughts, negative beliefs and a negative attitude are the weeds of the mind. If you don't remove them they'll choke off and destroy all that is good in your life. The longer they stay in place the harder they are to remove. But you can get rid of them. You can remove them. No matter how long those negative thoughts, negative beliefs, and negative attitudes have been on your subconscious mind you can get rid of them. The sooner you start the better. And you get rid of them by thinking about what you want and giving your subconscious mind new instructions, new thoughts, and new beliefs all of which lead to a new attitude.
Once those new thoughts and beliefs are planted on your subconscious you'll begin to see dramatic changes. Like spring, it will be a new beginning and a new awakening. You have the power to create and change your life. You have the power to get exactly what you want in life. That power is your subconscious mind. If you're not getting what you want, If you're not making enough money, If you're not in the right relationship, If you can't meet the right people, If things just aren't going the way you want. It means that you're not giving your subconscious mind
the right information and you're not giving it  the right nourishment. You also have too many weeds on your subconscious and you need to get rid of those weeds today.

You need to start using your power, begin creating exactly what you want, get your subconscious and your inner powers working for you today and get rid of the weeds that are destroying your life. How? It is quite simple. This can be done by you very easily.
You may ascertain your targets, identify your resources, chalk out your time-bound programme to achieve it, start working on it and continue till you achieve your targets without relaxing even for a minute.
Today in the era of global economical liberation, we find that at one hand, we are seeing growing needs and fatty pockets and on the other hand, we see recession and deaths due to unemployment etc. A great imbalance! Some countries have sufficient resources of raw materials but they do not have skills to exploit them to their benefits. Some other countries good market but lack infrastructure to move further.
All this is due to lack of proper management. Some time it happens due to the attitude of those who are supposed to manage them. Somewhere it is due to the working of the politicians who make and/or modify the laws to suit their specific needs. Somewhere, the bureaucrats are there to interpret the laws to meet their corrupt working. Sometime, some judicial officers work with a prior mind set-up. Not only these pillars of the democracy, sometime media, generally in private sector, also create hype in respect of a particular story as they might be doing in form of paid agents. The government media persons tell what the Government needs to be highlighted and sometime, the truth gets hidden.
In the global liberation created by fast moving communication and transport systems, we need to change our attitude to adjust with the new equations and try to reduce the opportunities of corruption in our practice. Once we do, we can ask other one to follow the same practice. If that one does not change, we can take the shelter of law to enforce our rights. But we need to perform our duties first. We need to change our attitude first, then to seek happiness for ourselves and others too.

Be Happy – Gain Knowledge From Every Source.

Every one of us may need sufficient resources of earning to meet the basic needs like food, clothing and house to live in. After meeting basic needs, we take one step further and try to meet our social needs like maintaining our social network including contacts with our relatives, friends, clients etc through regular communications and exchanges. Thereafter, we come back to ourselves and organize for leading some luxurious life. In all these stages, finance works a lot. For that, we need expertise and resources. Nothing else, we just need to restore the memory of what we already know and how we can organize them in appropriate way.
We know that money cannot buy happiness, but we forget it easily in a consumer society when we see an attractive advertisement of a car, a computer and something else on our television screen or somewhere else exciting us for more spending and getting new and newer things for our enjoyments. As soon as it happens, we take up every step to gather affluence whether it is genuine or not.
We know that satisfaction simply is not for sale. The people, for whom money is a priority in life, tend to experience an unusual degree of anxiety and depression as well as a lower overall level of well-being. Why so? With good accumulation of money, we can ensure better medical treatment, better nutrients to keep ourselves healthy.
The demand of designer clothes, cell phones, SUVs, mutual funds-modern materialism seems the enemy of all. Advertising screams out insatiable consumption. Movies and television blast us with images of runaway wealth, instilling the notion that too much is never enough. The cycle of work and spend is sapping away all that matters in life. And prosperity continues to increase: we have more stuff each passing year.
People today find that the things they're buying and turning to are not fulfilling. Each person needs to be materially secure, of course. The cycle of consumption leaves us with an unlaced craving for transcendence. For some, consumerism is the new opiate. We are becoming so frantically time-stressed as to be close to losing our minds, while cell phones and laptops and similar devices are cited to represent the assumption that today there is never a moment away from the demands of job, kids, and stuff.
To the extent people are stressed for time, often it is the pursuit of the material that causes the condition. Wanting a 4,000-square-foot house with a three-car garage and two SUVs forces you to take on a huge mortgage and accept long commutes.
Then you find that you're rarely in the house because you are working to pay off the monthly note, or stuck on the freeway trying to get home. It would not be difficult to trade back some of this material superfluity for time and a less stressful day. In pursuit of materialism, some people still value "extrinsic goals" like money, fame and beauty.
Such people are not only more depressed, but also indicate more behavioral problems and physical discomfort, as well as scoring lower on measures of vitality and self-actualization. While not every study has investigated the full list of effects, the pattern that emerges from the research project as a whole is remarkably consistent. They encourage to try to strike it rich, but the more we seek satisfactions in material goods, the less we find them there. The satisfaction has a short half-life; it's very fleeting.
Moreover, the detrimental effect of extrinsic goals seems to hold regardless of age or even level of income: A preoccupation with money bodes ill regardless of how much money one already has. The effects also appear not to be limited to any one culture. The fact that pursuing wealth is psychologically unhelpful and often destructive comes through very strongly in every culture.
Money or affluence, per se, does not necessarily result in an unsatisfying life. Problems are primarily associated with living a life where that's your focus. Nevertheless, the negative psychological picture does seem to be associated with the extent to which people believe they are already on the way to attaining extrinsic goals. A study surveyed about 300 youths, some in the United States and some in Russia. In both countries, lower levels of mental health were found not only in people who wanted to make a lot of money but also in those who thought they were likely to succeed at it.
Another study found that college students who were already relatively high in the attainment of appearance, financial success and popularity were nevertheless lower in well-being and self-esteem. Those who aspired to affluence also had more transient relationships, watched more television and were more likely to use cigarettes, alcohol and other drugs than were those who placed less emphasis on extrinsic goals. They do not have self confidence to accomplish any target. They wish to achieve success through unethical means.
Apart from its obvious implications for a culture that thrives on material gain, this whole line of research raises questions about the proclivity of some psychologists to analyze the dynamics of what is often called goal-directed behavior while, in effect, ignoring the nature of the goal. It reiterates homespun advice to follow one's dream, whatever it may be.
It is also known that neither income nor attraction is strongly correlated with a sense of well-being.  The sense of well-being correlates with our mental status. But what about our mental status? If that does not stand well, the physical health may not go on intact. A good emotional life maintains better health overall. For upkeep of your emotional health, pursuing goals that reflect genuine human needs, like wanting to feel connected to others, turns out to be more psychologically beneficial than spending one's life trying to impress others or to accumulate trendy clothes, fancy gizmos and the money to keep buying them.
Some parents provide excessive money to their children as a token of their love but do not attend them psychologically because of lack of time due to their professional/commercial/social and/or other engagements. When parents are cold and controlling, their children apparently focus on attaining security and a sense of worth through external sources.
This seems consistent with anecdotal accounts of very wealthy men who grew up in troubled homes. Such stories are sometimes cited as evidence that they made the best of a bad thing, turning out well despite or because of their unhappy childhoods. The problem with this interpretation is that they may not have turned out so well after all. They just turned out wealthy.
It is not entirely clear why a poor psychological profile would go hand-in-hand with a quest for extrinsic goals. It may be that unhappy people are more likely than others to chase after money and fame. Conversely, the very act of chasing after money and fame may reduce one's sense of well-being, perhaps because it makes you ignore the goals that could lead you to have more satisfying experiences. Yet another possibility is that extrinsic goals and poorer psychological health are symptoms of something else that is amiss.
We may need more thoughts tease apart cause and effect between mental peace and affluence. Young adults whose parents were divorced or separated demonstrated higher levels of both material values and compulsive buying. This suggests that such people use material objects as surrogates for absent parents. But it has also been experienced that the people who are more materialistic tend to be unhappy with their lives. This effect may be moderated or even eliminated for those who have close caring relationships.
Now, we may see how we can gain a balance between our emotional life and materialism. Undoubtedly, money, or we say affluence, plays an important role in organizing ourselves to meet our basic, social and other needs, including our emotional attainments too. But it is required to be handled carefully. There is one story narrated by Mr.Deepak Chopra, which tells us the importance of knowledge. I quote it in his words to spread his message.
Once upon a time in a faraway land, a young man went to the forest and said to his spiritual master, “I want to have unlimited wealth, and with that unlimited wealth, I want to help and heal the world. Will you please tell me the secret to creating affluence?”
And the spiritual master replied, “There are two Goddesses that reside in the heart of every human being. Everybody is deeply in love with these supreme beings. But there is a certain secret that you need to know, and I will tell you what it is.
“Although you love both Goddesses, you must pay more attention to one of them. She is the Goddess of Knowledge, and her name is Sarasvati. Pursue her, love her, and give her your attention. The other Goddess, whose name is Lakshmi, is the Goddess of Wealth. When you pay more attention to Sarasvati, Lakshmi will become extremely jealous and pay more attention to you. The more you seek the Goddess of Knowledge, the more the Goddess of Wealth will seek you. She will follow you wherever you go and never leave you. And the wealth you desire will be yours forever”.
There is power in knowledge, thinking, desire and spirit. And this power is within you and that is the key to creating affluence to make happy

Be Happy – Give Up Your Worries.

Would you kindly recall or ask someone senior in your family to tell you what you had brought on earth when you took birth? You had brought nothing along with you. And you will carry nothing with you when you will expire. When you brought nothing into this world and you can not take back anything whether that be earned by you out of your own efforts or you may get as inheritance, why should you worry about the future of your materialistic achievements/possessions?
Nothing matters so much that we should throw ourselves into a state of panic about it. No happening is so important that we should let ourselves be exiled from inner peace and mental calm for its sake. There is nothing to worry about.  Let yourself really feel this message.  Let it sink deeply into your bones and reside inside your heart.  You are always being provided for and taken care of by Him.  We need to consider and agree that there is a divine power running the bigger show.  Behind the scenes it is always there making sure that you receive exactly what is needed, so that your fullest potentiality comes through.
The Universe is pure intelligent energy in form.  It makes sure that everything unnecessary in your life will not happen. The events, people and situations that must manifest in your future are all part of your "divine schedule".  Nothing is by accident or coincidence because God simply doesn't make mistakes.  Your job is to relax, be grateful for every lesson you're given, and enjoy the journey as much as you possibly can to the very end. But you need to care for every thing what you are provided for. If you don’t, you may not get an opportunity to get further.
Whenever we worry about ourselves, our kins, our assets etc. it means that we are not trusting in life, ourselves or God.  We stop believing that there is a highly intelligent all loving conscious force that is here now, leading us deeper into our very being and higher into our greatest ecstasy. Worrying is the warning light that goes on when your mind has taken control over you.  You suddenly start to believe every little thing the mind tells you!  You start believing that you are a small inferior limited being with horrible karma, untrustworthy insights, no real direction and very little power.  You forget that you are an unlimited soul who is intimately connected to an all powerful deeply intelligent God Source that loves you all the time.  When you stop and get curious about Him, and begin to deeply honor this connection, you'll stop worrying and start trusting. You'll begin to understand that there is a bigger source of "you" that lives within you and all around you and it the force that's truly in charge of it all.
An interesting thing you might notice is that no matter how many times you try not to worry, your mind still returns to its old habit again and again.  This is because one cannot permanently stop this type of deep fearful pattern with pure mental force and will power.  There is only one thing you can do to stop the worry habit permanently.  This is to take a higher spiritual path and transcend the mind entirely.  This is only done by realizing the truth of who and what you really are.  When you see how amazingly big, bright, brilliant, and loving you actually are, the mind becomes a bit embarrassed of all the ridiculous things it was worrying about and starts paying more attention to the divinity inside.
With enough introspection there will come a day when you will step back from the mind.  You will notice that all these thoughts flying through your mind are only momentary indicators pointing you to the life you're creating, and have nothing to do with the divine master who is creating it behind the scenes.  Every time you start looking deeper into your essential divine nature, you'll discover that who you are cannot be limited by any ideas or concepts at all.  You are what is forming the concepts, the creativity behind the play, designing and dreaming everything!  You are the source of creativity who is painting the canvas each moment of life, telling the colors to dance, sing and splash in every direction....and best of all your main job is to enjoy the show!  Seeing this deeper truth is your one-way ticket to transcend the mind and find total freedom from worry forever.
The more time you spend each day noticing what is beyond thought, behind the mind, and creating the consciousness that you are, there will come a day when the mind drops away falling by itself completely!  You'll be free from all the fearful impressions that used to arise in the mind and find a more creative spontaneous approach to life.  The worrying habits the mind was addicted to will seem like painful shoes that were always too small to wear. You won't be able to try them on again!  You'll discover a more natural state of living,  that lives in the vibration of trust.  You trust that whatever future the Universe provides is the right one for you.
You are here to master your life.  You can do this when you realize that you are the creative witness who is directing and producing the movie you are viewing!  This means you simply stop believing in all the fear-based illusions you are fed from the outer world and your inner world.  All those worried thoughts you have are based in the idea that you're not an infinite being with divine manifesting power.  Once you stop giving away your power to the world and to your mind, you discover what is truly real.  The piece of rope that you once thought was a snake, you now know it is just a rope.  You are not afraid to pick it up and play with it.  You also have the choice to drop it, step over it and move on to something more amazing.
If you want to live a life without fear, that is truly free from poverty, panic, arguments, and worry, you'll need to do something dramatic and radically new.  You'll need to expand your consciousness and give up your ingenuine aspirations. Earn yourself enough what you deserve and need without snatching other’s right. If you wish to live peacefully, let other live so. Give up your worries for the causes beyond your reach.
Be Happy – Give up your worries.

Be Happy – Be Happy Again.

How can I be happy again? This question strikes you very frequently when the future holds little promise, and you fear you haven't lived the kind of life you can be content with. There are a number of tasks outstanding before you wish to have eternal sleep. This you know that in spite of your best efforts to maintain yourself, best medicines and treatment now available, super possessions to make your life more comfortable than your previous generations had, your present life is to expire one day, and you, as you are on date, would be no more.

In organizing all the facilities to put at your disposal, you might have done some wrongs, you might have cheated someone, you might have killed someone’s due share – you did it to organize your comforts. OK, you did not do it but you might have made some profits out of the deals you made which may not be said genuine. Or, you did not perform the duties assigned to you but you got remuneration for that as salary. It is also one kind of wrongs we commit but we seldom care for.

One of my friends, really very good friend, is in government service. He goes to mosque to offer his prayers very punctually. He meets me every time with smiling face, he listens my problem and makes deep discussions to find out the way and advises me sincerely too. Yesterday I got the opportunity to meet him in quest of getting some solution to my problem – I have very recently been cheated by the partner of my son. He asked me to come around 12.30 pm. I reached accordingly. At that time, he was talking with his brother who had come to meet him after he fixed the time for me. He could not inform me to defer my meeting with him. When he saw me, he expressed sorry and asked for half an hour time.

After finishing his talks with his brother, he told me, “Mr.Gulati, sorry, I could not meet you at the time fixed.” I said, “No, no, that does not matter much.” He stunned me back, “No, why no? My brother came in without seeking an appointment in advance because of some urgency in the domestic affairs. Since he is elder, I had to meet him but it is my duty time – my meeting with you was scheduled under my duty. I feel sorry because I spent my official time in my personal affairs – sorry to you also, as I wasted your time too.” I felt impressed with him. He confessed and he is happy because he did it sincerely.

Some time ago, I thought what would happen if I put some cigarettes unlit in a cup of water for a night. Then, I should drink the water in the morning. I am told that nicotine is a lethal poison. I never experimented over this statement given to me because I had never been a science student. But I assume that when you smoke it you burn most of the poison away. But if it drains into the water…The theory was I'd be dead of a heart attack in sixty seconds. My fear was that I would I have brain damage instead.

I've known people with brain damage. That would be no good. It was three in the morning. I knew I was going to go broke. My office had papers and dead computers and dead books and the cards of dead friends everywhere. I had an incomparable loneliness in all of my relationships. All the work and hours I had put in had added up to this dirty office and no money.

Or maybe there was the other time. My whole life added up to being escorted by police to a hotel room to spend the night. "To calm down." Or the time I was thrown out of graduate school. Or the time I was asked by my boss, "Don’t you think it's important to show pride in your work?" Or the times I was cheated on.

If I really want to be honest I could say I threw a burning iron at someone and that's when the police came. But perhaps that would seem too much. If I wanted to truly be correct, I could look back at the past and say I did everything they told me to do, all the secret agents that wanted to destroy me: friends, parents, colleagues, bosses, lovers, and here I am – look where I ended up? And where did they all go? Back to their safe houses.

I could sit here all night until daybreak talking about the past, which is gone forever. And the future, which will never exist and yet seems so real. Maybe the economy will end us. Or global warming.  Or war. Or we lose our jobs. You and me. We can be scared all night together.

The future just a bleak desert, mirages of water only lasting a few seconds before I realize my thirst won't be quenched. May never be quenched again.

One thing you forgot to mention in your question, my friend, is the present. Right now. The only thing we know exists. The most important thing of all and we left it out. I was keeping cigarettes in water when I could've been looking in on my sleeping daughter. I could've kissed her forehead. I could've been grateful to be given such a magical moment. Then I could've called my father one month before his fatal stroke and told him I loved him. Instead I never spoke to him again.

I gave up that magical moment forever because of worries about the future and because of something I did in the past.

The magical moments only exist right now. They will never exist again. The way we miss them is when we focus on the past. Or we try to drink from the mirage in the distant future. Flying unicorns could be all around us but our eyes are glazed over with cataracts of the dismal future and bleaker past.

I would say, "if only this company sells, I'll be happy." And then I was never more miserable. And then later I would say, "I blew it so bad I ruined everyone's life and not just my own." And then I was never more miserable. If only I had left out both those statements out I never would've been more happy. Happiness doesn't exist because "I already did A, B, and C".

Your Present Matters – Past is your history to learn not to repeat if some wrong has been committed and future is at some distance.

This doesn't mean live only for the moment. We all have responsibilities. But DO them. And then be grateful. Find the five things you are grateful for. There's always five or more. List them. That's a chart to get you happy again. And it compounds into more happiness if you always bring yourself back to it when your mind wanders like a time machine. Every time your mind wanders, bring it back, and list what you are grateful for. You will improve your mistakes

If you always bring yourself back to that present moment, the future will more than take care of itself. The happiness will grow every time you bring yourself back to the present moment and count the things you are grateful for. That's it. That's the only trick to get great happiness in your life.

We start off with that helpless destined feeling. That we will die with our handcuffs on or we may be poor. And the hopes we had would be put a stop to. We would be found guilty in our worst nightmares. We would be silenced by our fears.

But right now I'm happy I'm talking to you. I'm happy because you are reading my lines. I'm grateful because I can feel my breath. Maybe one day I'll decay and die. Maybe one day all around me will be the mirage and the desperate heat. Maybe one day my past will seem too much for me. But right here and now you and I are both alive. We're both breathing. It is enough. I have got all the gifts God gave me when I took birth here. I have been using them since my birth and would like to re-inspect if the use was proper, I would make it better and hope that I would be happy again to look after my present after learning from the past and care for the future accordingly. But I won’t worry for the future as much I care for the present one. That method may solve your problem too.

Having a healthy eating plan is recommended for all people suffering from diabetes. But, for people suffering from type 1 diabetes, special considerations should be taken. You have to remember that people with type 1 diabetes requires matching the amount of insulin they take to the carbohydrates in the food they eat.

This is why it is highly advisable for people with type 1 diabetes to consult a dietician who is experienced in working with people with type 1 diabetes to help them prepare a healthy and suitable meal plan that they can work with.

Eating regularly is important for people suffering from diabetes. Instead of eating three large meals a day, it is important to spread it evenly throughout the day. Or, you have to have three meals a day and a snack after each meal.

Generally speaking, the diabetic diet should be low in fat, sugar, salt, and carbohydrates. Also, the diet should be high in vegetables, whole grains, and fruits.

If you regularly exercise, it is very important that you should match the amount of food you eat to the amount you burn each day. You shouldn’t put too much fuel in your body that you won't burn. This is very important in order to get the right balance of blood glucose level in your body.

If you go out for a walk, always bring with you a snack bag. Always have something sweet with you, such as sodas, and hard candies. This will help you if you feel that you are experiencing hypoglycemia setting in.

Never skip meals if you are diabetic. This will wreak havoc in your blood glucose levels and can result in potentially dangerous complications, such as hypoglycemia or low blood sugar levels. The worst thing that can happen to you if you skip meals and experience hypoglycemia is diabetic coma. This is one symptom that you don’t want to experience and this is also a symptom that can be life threatening.

Alcohol intake is possible if you are diabetic. But, try to limit it to one glass of wine a day or one bottle of beer a day. Also, try to have at least two alcohol-free days every week. If you are trying to lose weight, forget about beer. Instead, try whiskey as this doesn’t contain any alcohol.

Also, it is best to drink alcoholic beverages with a meal or some food that contains carbohydrate.

These are the things that you have to remember as a diabetic. By following a strict diabetic diet, you can be sure that you will be able to properly and effectively manage diabetes. With these tips, living with diabetes will be a lot easier in your part.

Effectively Monitoring Blood Glucose Levels

Living with diabetes is not easy. You need to make certain changes on how you live your life. Managing diabetes is easy if you know how to effectively monitor your blood glucose level. This will be able to help you live a more normal life despite the fact that you are suffering from diabetes.

You have to remember that once you get diabetes, you have it for as long as you live. There is no cure for this disease but it can be managed. And, in order for you to effectively manage diabetes, you need to be able to monitor your blood glucose levels. By doing so, you will be able to live a more normal life.

To monitor your blood glucose levels, you need to have a glucometer or a glucose meter. This device can inform you how much glucose is in your blood. Using this device requires you to produce a relatively small amount of blood for the machine to read. In most cases, lancets are included in glucose meter kits as well as a lancing device.

The first step is to put a new lancet in the lancing device. Then, you need to take a test strip from the bottle and replace the cap after doing so. Then, you have to insert the test strip in to the glucose meter to get it ready for use. Make sure that you disinfect your hands first by washing it and applying disinfecting alcohol. Also, make sure that your hand is dry as water or liquid can produce varying result on the glucose reading.

Then, prick the tip of your finger with the lancing device and let blood flow out of it. Take the required amount of blood sample and place it on the test strip. Most devices will automatically read the blood glucose level from the sample you provided and will produce results in just a few seconds. Then, you need to take disinfected cotton and press it on the area where you drew blood from.

You then have to discard the test strip properly as well as the used lancet. You have to record the result in a log book in order for you to effectively monitor your blood glucose levels during the day effectively. This will help you in preparing meals as well as know what kind of activities that you should do or not do.

Diabetes is a very serious disease that has a lot of complications when managed improperly. If you are living with diabetes, make sure that you know how to manage it in order for you to live a normal life. Although there is no cure yet for diabetes, there are ways to treat it and manage it. It is also important to regularly visit your physician in order for you to know how you can effectively treat and manage the disease.

If you are suffering from diabetes, one way to manage it is to take a blood glucose reading several times a day. Lifestyle change is also important. By effectively monitoring your blood glucose levels, you can be sure that managing diabetes will be easier in your part and will allow you to live a more normal life. Keep these things in mind and you will be able to conquer diabetes.

Be Happy – Keep Yourself Physically and Mentally Fit (Part 4).

If you are one of the many that feel that they can’t give up the foods that they love no matter what, there are several key things for you to address. Don’t worry, they aren’t all bad! First, find out why it is that you can’t give them up. Once you are able to ascertain the reason, you can get the solution also as you will continue to keep in mind that you wish to keep yourself physically and mentally fit.
  1. Are you connected with that big slice of apple pie because it was your favorite growing up, you may have an emotional attachment to the foods.
  2. If you love your mashed potatoes loaded with gravy, sour cream and butter just because you love the taste, that’s a different story.

Identifying why you have to have a specific food is important so that you can actually see the benefits of eating those foods. If you need apple pie to feel safe, you need to address this emotional problem. If you just love the taste, you can find ways to get much of the same taste without a lot of the calories.

Next, determine if there is a better way for you to get the foods that you like. For example, will sweetened sweet potatoes that are mashed still give you the same texture and creaminess that you are craving? By making small changes to the recipe you can get all of the flavor and texture that you want without causing yourself to become a victim of high fats and sugars that really do a number on your entire system.

Indeed you may want that slice of apple pie. But, use it in a different way. For example, instead of eating it every few days make it the reward that you get for a week of good eating. Limiting how often you get the treats means that you don’t have to give them up but that you don’t consume nearly as much of it, and therefore you can improve your health overall.

One limit to this is when the food itself is detrimental to your health condition. If you are a diabetic, you simply should not eat foods that are overall sweet because they can cause your blood sugar level to rise so fast that you can cause serious damage to your brain and your heart through the consumption of just some foods.

You should know what types of foods you can not eat. If you don’t know you should talk to your doctor about this. There are certain times in life that foods become prime suspects to leading to health risks. Food isn’t worth the risk of your life, is it?

How Can You Improve?

The awful, limiting diet that’s going to make your taste buds go permanently bland is up next, right? NO! You don’t have to be limited by what you can eat because most food that is available that is in its natural state is just fine for you! In fact, if you give it a try you may find that you like these foods better than you do the high fat, high cholesterol foods that you currently are eating.

Actually, foods are a main part of why people are unhealthy and therefore, it is a mandatory part of improving your health to improve your diet. If you can not commit to making changes here, your diet fitness can threaten your life through disease and even early death.

Yet, much of the damage that is done through eating the wrong foods can be reversed over time by eating a healthy diet. That’s exactly what you need to strive for here.

We’ve already talked about what foods you need to eat for a healthy diet, now you need to consider how you will make changes that you can actually live with. Here are several key areas to make changes and exactly how you should make them. Don’t fret about the foods you love, remember moderation is the key factor in real diet fitness health.

Heart Health

Improving your heart’s health is essential. If you take non-veg, you may eat lean cuts of meat. Paying attention to the amount of saturated fats in the food you eat is also key to improving your health and well being.

In addition, there are various foods that can help you to improve your hearts health. For example, replacing the vegetable oil in your diet with olive oil, in moderation can improve your health. Garlic is a great antioxidant for your heart too. Reducing the amount of sodium that you take in is also a key factor in improving health. Instead of using a lot of salt, try other flavor additions to your dishes.

1. Consume more fish. You should try to consume at least 2 to 3 servings of fish per week. Or take a supplement of fish oil.

2. Eat unrefined whole grains as they add fiber to your diet which reduced your cholesterol and keeps you feeling full.

Improving Health Risks

Another very powerful tool that you have when it comes to diet fitness is that of improving your health through the foods that you eat. Your weapon is that of antioxidants!

Antioxidants are powerful nutrients that are in fruits and vegetables. A good way to know if they are in the foods that you are eating is to look at the color of the food. The darker, richer and brighter the color is, the more antioxidants are in it.

Antioxidants can help to transform your health. They can help to repair damage to cells throughout your body and thereby make you look and feel younger. They can help to unclog your heart’s arteries from cholesterol. And, they help to remove toxins from your body which means a reduction in risks of cancer.

Using antioxidants for your overall health is a key factor in improving your health! While you can get many of them through supplements, you should instead consider getting them from whole foods as they are richer as well as tastier that way!

Eat Whole Foods

One of the best things that you can do for your health is to eat whole foods rather than foods that are pre-made. Yes, you are in a hurry and who has time to chop up vegetables? Well, there are reasons why an investment in a bit more time here can literally save your life.

Many foods that are pre-made contain high amounts of preservatives, or products that are placed in foods to keep them fresh and looking good. Some of these preservatives can clog up your heart, can lead to increased health risks for cancer and they put the pounds on.

The trick you should follow, then, is to visit your grocery store and walk around the outside aisles only as much as possible. No boxed dinners, no frozen entrees. The produce section is your friend filled with riches. Meats, milks, eggs and other fresh products usually line the walls of the building. Avoid the aisles and you’ll improve your health overall.

Overall Diet Fitness Plan

Does this sound like a lot of work? Don’t worry; we’ll make it simpler for you. Here are the tips that you need to get your diet fitness plan off the ground and allowing you to improve your health considerably!

1. Eat more fruits and vegetables. Visit your favorite recipe sites on the web and look for vegetable recipes that aren’t rich with sauces, butter or creams. Add one new recipe to your diet each week.

2. Start looking for leaner cuts of meat. Remember, meats that are high in saturated fat are clogging your heart. One good switch is with ground meats. Don’t reach for beef, but replace at least part of it with ground turkey or pork. You won’t notice the taste difference. Eat more fish, chicken and pork over beef.

3. Reduce portion sizes. No food in one sitting should be a larger quantity than the size of your palm. To help you to not feel hungry, eat a bit slower.

4. Visit the website of the American Heart Association to get heart healthy recipes. Try to look for ways to improve your current recipes through replacing butters, salts, unhealthy foods with foods that are better for you. Look at your grains. Replace white rice and pasta with whole grain. Replace white bread with whole grain bread.

5. Remove soda from your diet. This single movement alone will improve your health considerably. It adds weight to your body and it causes all types of health risks later in life.

6. Look at labels. Learn to read labels so that they tell you what’s in the foods you eat. Reduce the amount of fat, cholesterol, and sugars in the foods that you eat.

If you need to lose weight, then you need to consider a calorie reduction. Dropping just a small amount of weight means that you need to eat less and do more physically. There is no fad diet that is more comprehensively safer and effective than just that: eat less and get more exercise every day.

Eating healthy isn’t an option if you wish to increase your lifespan and increase your health. While you may love food, learning to make healthier recipes shouldn’t be something you put on the back burner because you are too busy, don’t like those foods (you probably don’t know what they taste like anyway!) or you think its too much work.

Food is a requirement to living and a healthy diet is an essential part of living a long life. Don’t make sacrifices here for speed, convenience or habit. Remember; while making changes at first is a challenge, you will get into the habit and will eventually love the differences you have made, I can assure you!
