We're all made of five elements – Air, Water, Earth, Space and Fire. Fire means energy ….tiny molecules vibrating at a certain frequency... this vibrating energy makes up our existence. Everything is made of energy... and it's that same energy that we constantly direct that attracts everything into our life.
Now there are different kinds of energy... or different levels... and that's what makes every thing so interesting. Positive energy attracts positive situation. Negative energy attracts negative situations. More positive energy repels negative situations. And more negative energy repels positive situations.
If you're negative you'll attract more negative people, and more negative situations. You'll also push away positive people and positive situations. If you're positive you'll attract positive people and positive situations. You'll also push away negative people and negative situations.
So if you're not getting what you want - then you're likely not sending out the right energy. You see other people pick up on your energy vibrations on a subconscious level. They don't really know it - they just get a sense about you - a feeling or a vibe about you. They don't consciously say: "This is someone positive, let’s get to know him or her." It all happens on a subconscious level.
But it starts in the conscious mind. Your thoughts and beliefs shape your energy level... they create that vibrating energy. Your thoughts and beliefs are sent to your subconscious mind which radiates your energy level (the very energy that others pick up on). Positive thoughts and positive beliefs create positive energy.
Those with positive energy attract positive situations, good things happen to them, they meet terrific people and enjoy life. As they continue doing this they naturally become more optimistic. They take positive actions, and they continue to attract more and more positive situations, people and events into their lives.
If you'r filled with negative thoughts, self-doubt, worry, uncertainty, and if you generally feel that things will never work out or get better then you're sending out the energy that will only attract more of what you don't want... or more worry, self-doubt, and uncertainty... all of which will only cause you to feel that things will never work out. It's a viscous cycle and if it isn't broken will only lead to more and more negative situations.
So how do you change your energy? How do you create positive energy so that you enjoy positive situations? Think about what you want and then write down your immediate thoughts and beliefs. See if they're positive or negative. If there's any self doubt, or any negative thought - then you probably have a negative belief tied to the thought.
Both need to be changed as soon as possible. Then track your thoughts throughout the week. Are they generally negative or positive? Change as many negative thoughts as you can. You may not be able to change all of them, just change as many as you can. You should also track what you say to people in every day conversations. You might be surprised at what you discover. If you find yourself saying negative things - change those words. This is part of the process.
To change your energy, you must send a new message to your subconscious mind. Create positive thoughts and positive beliefs. Begin developing positive energy. Attract positive people and positive situations. You can easily pursue them to accomplish your jobs. You can develop exceptional persuasion skills.
Having exceptional persuasion skills is one of the most essential abilities to possess in today's fast-paced society. It has become a necessity in today's fast-paced world. We need the support and cooperation of other people to help us in our goal setting efforts. A large part of your success depends on the cooperation of other people. Influencing them to your way of thinking is now a very essential step in the fulfillment of your goals. You need to pursue someone. Persuasion is a form of social influence It is the process of guiding oneself or another toward the adoption of an idea, attitude, or action by rational and symbolic (though not always logical) means.
With my experience of life, I mention below some effective persuasion tactics you may use everyday to build loyal and lasting relationships through the power of persuasion and influence.
Be Nice and Friendly
Smile to brighten up the day. Make a sincere compliment to encourage and raise their spirits. Simple little things like these count a lot. Make them feel that whenever they need support or just someone who can give them guidance, you'll always be there to lend a hand. They would tend to be more receptive to people that they trust and respect.
If you want to ask your boss a favor, do everything you can to please him. Over- deliver and exceed his expectations. Soon, he will notice your efforts and can easily be receptive to your persuasion efforts.
You Must Enter Their World.
Copy them. Observe how they act, how they speak, and how they think. If they rub their forehead while they think, act like them. If they speak at a clear and slow pace, try to do the same thing. This is called mirroring. In due time, the people you're mirroring will subconsciously feel more comfortable with you. It's as if they see themselves in you. However, you must proceed with caution. Do not let them be aware that you are copying them. They might interpret it as mockery and you'll just get into trouble. You must understand the situation according to their point of view. Set aside your personal interests and focus on them.
Just pretend that if you are their place, what would you do? What would be your suggestion? Then take the appropriate action that would be beneficial to them.
Meet Their Existing Needs and Desires.
People are self-centered. They are initially concerned with their own well-being before others. If you can prove that your proposal will provide more advantageous benefits to them than to your own, then they will probably accept it. If you could focus more on their interests, desires, needs, and expectations, then you would satisfy their cravings for attention. Moreover, it would show that you really care about them. Mutual trust and respect would be established. This is the most important thing to remember when persuading anyone. No matter how close you are to becoming like them or how compelling your evidence is, if it does not satisfy the "What's In It For Me?" test, your persuasion endeavors will not produce satisfactory results. Always bear in mind how they will benefit from your actions. Satisfy the "What's In It For Me?" test first, before convincing others to do what you want them to do.
Provide Them with Compelling Evidence.
Explain to them how your ideas or suggestions could be the most effective techniques to implement. Show them undeniable proof that you have the best product by way of testimonials, before and after scenarios, and detailed comparisons against your competitors. Just make sure that all your claims are true and verifiable. Always maintain a good reputation. Be friendly and nice. Smile to brighten up the day. Make a sincere compliment to raise their spirits. Little things like these count a lot. Make them feel that whenever they need help or just someone to look up to, you'll always be there to lend a hand. They would tend to be more receptive to people that they trust.
Communicate Wittingly But Clearly.
Most people, if not all, would like to be accepted and to be perceived as likeable in the eyes of others. But what if you have to tell something undesirable to your friend, which is just for his or her own good? How can you get your message across without hurting their feelings? Substitute negative statements with positive ones. Instead of saying "You don't understand," say "Let me explain." Instead of remarking "You're wrong," say "Permit me to clarify." Instead of stating "You failed to say," just mention "Perhaps this was not stated." There are certain words that affect a person more negatively in comparison with other words that have the same meaning.
Agree with Them First...
Nothing could be more pleasing to the ear than hearing someone else say that you are right. In this case, be prepared to let other people know that you respect their opinions. You may add your comments at the end, but acknowledge them first. Say: You're right, although ... Great suggestion, however ... I agree with your opinion, however ... I would feel the same way if I were you, although ... I understand your situation, however ... Reassure your counterparts that the decision made will benefit both parties. People need to feel that they have made the right choice.
There are many such methods which you can apply in getting your matter well pursued by the others.
There are many other options too - you can attempt upon but the target should be there that you are to get success what you wish for from others by successful persuasion.
Be happy - Make successful Persuasion.
