Be Happy – Human Growth Hormone plays vital role in our life (Part 2)

As we see, human growth hormone has been identified for its effect on the growth processes in the human body. Growth hormone as the name suggests itself is primarily concerned with the ideal height of an individual. Now, how does HGH actually play in the growth process?

HGH is a protein hormone that has a 190 amino acids sequence. It is a major product of the anterior pituitary gland and is produced by cells called Somatotrophs. Aside from the HGH, there are other hormones that are involved in the growth process thus making it more complex than other processes. In general, the growth hormone excites tissues like the liver to secrete Insulin like Growth Factor (IGF-1). This product then stimulates the propagation of cartilage cells which results in bone growth.

In addition to this, the growth hormone has a direct effect in bone growth in the initiation of the differentiation of the cartilage cells. More than just bone growth, the IGF-1 also affects muscle growth. The IGF-1 fuels the breeding of myoblasts and stimulates protein synthesis and the uptake of amino acid.

There are different hypothesis as to how the growth hormone truly affects growth processes. All of these theories include the IGF-1 which is the mediator of GH to the actual growth processes. One of these hypotheses is the Somatomedin hypothesis. This hypothesis asserts that the GH motivates the production of the IGF-1 in the liver and other extra skeletal tissues.

Then, the IGF-1 is delivered to the growth plate and works as an endocrine factor and arbitrates all the actions of the growth hormone with regards to promoting growth. The other, dual effectors theory, asserts that the growth hormone plays a straight role at the growth plate where it supports the differentiation of different cells while stimulating the fusion and secretion of IGF-1.

The growth hormone also plays a role in maintaining a healthy bone density to decrease the possibility of osteoporosis and other bone diseases. Although the growth hormone is the major player in the growth process of the human body, there are still other body hormones that help in the growth process. These hormones interact with other glands and substances to aid the growth hormone. Examples of these hormones are the thyroid hormones, the sex hormones and the follicle stimulating hormone.

The growth hormone continues to be secreted even as human bones have closed and have stopped growing. The reason why children grow at ages before and during puberty is that the HGH is produced at peak levels during those years of an individual. Growth hormones are also secreted at the onset of sleep so there is a bit of truth when elders say that children should sleep earlier to grow taller. HGH secretion lessens when a person enters his middle ages. Along with the decrease in secretion of HGH come the symptoms of aging as people grow old. Because HGH contributes in bone growth and density, the status of the human bone is affected with the significant decrease in HGH.

Aside from the internal processes that are involved in the growth process, there are also certain factors that contribute to the process. Some of these factors include, stress, lack of sleep, proper diet, exercise and the growth hormone itself. Some aberrations in the growth process are frequently caused by the deficiency or excess in Human growth hormone.

Human Growth Hormone: The Possibilities of its Abuse

Human growth hormone, a hormone produced in the pituitary gland is very useful. Aside from performing it’s duties in the growth processes, it also helps in metabolism. Furthermore, it is also used in treating HGH diseases.

HGH diseases vary from HGH deficiency and HGH excess. These diseases have existed long before HGH had been used as an instrument for treatment. The utilization of HGH as a cure has proven to be successful in the medical world. The first method of treatment, cadaver-GH, bloomed but it was deserted as a method because of its dangerous side effects. When this method proved to be dangerous, researchers looked for other alternative methods and found genetic engineering. Genetic engineering resulted to the HGH products and supplements that we know of today.

While HGH products and supplements are very beneficial to a human, these benefits end when an individual starts abusing the use of HGH. What is actually HGH abuse and how it is performed by an individual?

Abuse is to use something wrongly or incorrect. Drug abuse is using a drug that it illegal and using drugs in improper dosages. In the case of HGH products, abuse is done when other people use it without medical prescription or the guidance of a doctor.

HGH abuse is manifested in three scenarios; elderly people using the HGH products, athletes who use HGH and people using the products for their own gratification. HGH products and supplements have been approved for medical purposes particularly treating HGH diseases. But, it has not been approved as anti-aging product or performance enhancer.

Old people are prone to abuse HGH products because of their desire to slow down the aging process. They are made to believe that increasing human growth hormone levels will result in the reversal of aging. They believe that the intake of HGH can increase muscle mass, lean muscle tissue, energy levels and can produce a younger looking skin. However, these claims have not been truly proven.

The manifestation of the HGH abuse in the elderly people is simple. Their vulnerability to believe in advertisements and their desire to stay young is making them too gullible to succumb to the deceptive nature of advertising. HGH products and supplements claim that they can give beneficial results to halt aging process but these are not all true.

Another group that is prone to abuse HGH products and supplements are the athletes. Majority of the athletes want to perform well in able to contribute to the success of their team. They also want to achieve fame. The use of steroids has been banned from the sports world because it was proven that it really increased performance. HGH products and supplements have also been banned but there was no proof that it actually increases performance. Athletes tend to use the HGH supplements because of its perceived effect to muscle mass and strength. These increases however do not necessarily equate to increased performance.

Other groups that actually believe on the powers of HGH and abuse it are the parents. Parents who want their children to perform well and to grow taller use these products without proper prescription.

HGH abuse is clearly manifesting itself in different scenarios. What is common is that the HGH supplements have not been approved to be used in all of the situations mentioned and the use of HGH is not monitored by a doctor. Human growth hormone products have only been approved for medical purposes. Most of all the advertisements promoting HGH supplements as anti-aging and performance enhancers are just scam to sell a product. Do not take HGH supplements without prescription. Please consult your doctor first.

Human Growth Hormone And Other Diseases

Human growth hormone is a multi-functional hormone in the body. It is produced by the pituitary gland and reaches its peak of production during childhood and puberty years. HGH is associated with growth and metabolic processes.

Human growth hormone is investigated for its many functions in treating many diseases other than the HGH diseases. These treatments of these HGH diseases are also the subject of research because of certain side effects.

One of the side effects of the earliest method in treating HGH deficiency is the Creutzfeldt - Jakob disease (CJD). This disease was manifested by people who were treated with cadaver-GH. Cadaver-GH was the first method to be used in treating HGH diseases and involved purifying HGH from a dead body. The CJD cases in relation to HGH treatment rise in 2003 making it impossible for cadaver-GH to be continued. CJD is a degenerative, odd and perpetually fatal brain disorder.

There are about 200 cases of CJD in the U.S every year. CJD brings about lapses in memory, changes in behavior, visual disturbance and lack of organization. Coma may also occur as CJD advances. CJD often happens to people who are old. The CJD is further categorized into three types:

1) Sporadic CJD
2) Hereditary CJD
3) Acquired CJD

The cases of CJD that is associate with HGH treatment is of the third type. The patients acquired CJD through the performance of a medical procedure. The dreadful fact about CJD is that there are no available treatments for it. Scientists and researchers have tested many drugs in hope of finding possible treatments for CJD. So far, these drugs proved to be futile and do not help in treating CJD.

Another disease that is associated with the HGH is diabetes. In a recent study, HGH is also said to have a role in the diabetes induced kidney disease. This disease which is commonly referred to as diabetic nephropathy affects 10-20 percent of all diabetic people. Diabetic nephropathy can cause kidney failure, hypertension and fluid retention. It often happens to patients with persistent diabetes. The role of the HGH in the proliferation of this disease has not been identified but researchers are sure that it is involved.

Although it is associated with the propagation of diseases, HGH is also acknowledged for its help in curing Crohn’s disease. According to testimonials of patients, the intake of HGH supplements has helped in the treatment of their disease. Crohn’s disease is characterized by the inflammation of the digestive tract. The symptoms of Crohn’s disease are diarrhea, pain in the abdomen and rectum bleeding.

Because HGH aid in the maintaining of healthy bone composition, it is also associated with bone diseases like scoliosis and osteoporosis. HGH is also related to muscle diseases.

Human growth hormone has really come a long way since it was discovered. It has been the pioneer in achieving the normal height of an individual. It has been helpful in metabolic processes. At present, experts are arguing on the effects of HGH in the aging process. There is still no clear picture if HGH can truly reverse aging.

Human growth hormone can either harm or benefit an individual. It can either help in the proliferation of a disease or help in treating it. The mysteries of HGH are not yet fully understood and uncovered even by experts in endocrinology. Please use Human Growth Hormone meritoriously.

Be Happy – Human Growth Hormone plays vital role in our life (Part 1)

In earlier two posts on Human Growth Hormone, I had submitted a few lines on their role in our ageing process and treatment of the diseases created by them. They have undoubtedly a vital role in our life otherwise too.

If you, your child, or someone you know is experiencing growth hormone deficiency, you might be seriously considering taking human growth hormone (HGH) products, injections, or supplements to counter the effects of growth hormone deficiency. Although HGH has known benefits, some research studies suggest that there are side effects in the use of these HGH treatments and found to be dangerous for human use. That's why, before you take any of these HGH products, you must first educate yourself with this essential human growth hormone information.

What is HGH?

The human growth hormone (HGH) is a hormone released and distributed throughout the body by the pituitary glands. Also called as somatropin, this hormone is famous for its anti-aging properties since it functions mainly by controlling the growth process and maintaining the organs and tissues throughout life. During childhood, this hormone is abundant; however, as people get older, lesser growth hormones are produced. This reduced hormone production then leads to the use of human growth hormone (HGH) products, supplements, or injections to counter this deficiency. Although there is little evidence suggesting that HGH does keep men and women younger, most of its benefits can bring improvement to ones health.

What are the known benefits of HGH?

Based from research, the use of human growth hormone can very much provide these benefits:
1) Decrease body fat
2) Improve skin quality
3) Build some muscle
4) Improve memory
5) Protect vital cells
6) Improve mood
7) Improve immune system
8) Regulate sleep
9) Promotes healthier joints and strong bone growth
10) Strengthen lungs and heart, improving cardiovascular performance and blood flow.

Who needs human growth hormone?

Those experiencing growth hormone deficiency, children and adult alike, may use human growth hormone products, supplements, or injections. This is also true to those suffering from AIDS- or HIV-related muscle wasting. But take note: the synthetic HGH, which must be injected, is available only by prescription. It is against the law to obtain it in any other means.

What are the side effects of using human growth hormone?

Only those who have growth hormone deficiency, may need human growth hormones. But for those who don't need it, it may cause various side effects such as joint pain, muscle pain, changes in the vision, abdominal pain or bloating, itching, rashes, vomiting and nausea, fatigue, ear infections, headache, and breast tissue enlargement for men. It can also contribute to health conditions like heart disease and diabetes. So, you have to keep in mind that if you give human growth hormone especially to children with normal growth, some serious side effects may take place since their HGH levels in the body will become too high.

Human growth hormones have been proven beneficial to many people experiencing growth hormone deficiency. But because of this very same reason, some people tend to abuse its use; and now, this has become more popular than ever. You can actually find lots of HGH products and supplements in the market, but be cautious. There are more scams out there than genuine HGH products. So to be 100% sure, better consult a qualified doctor. Through consultation, you will know exactly the usage of HGH with regards to the dose as well as the term. Keep in mind that higher consumption and long-term use than what is only recommended can be more detrimental to your health than beneficial.

Exploring The Human Growth Hormone Supplements.

Human growth hormone is a very intriguing hormone of the human body. It is the primary controller of the growth processes in the body and aids in different metabolic processes. It has also been studied since it was discovered. The discovery of HGH opened new possibilities and new horizons for the field of endocrinology.

Aside from exploring the methods on how HGH diseases can be treated, researchers also focused on the possibilities that human growth hormone can be a weapon against aging. Today, there are different HGH products and supplements that are available in the market and even the internet.

Initially, HGH products were used for treating HGH diseases and were available if one has a prescription on the product. Now, HGH products are widely distributed with or without prescription. One of the reasons of this proliferation is the idea that HGH products can help slow down the aging process.

First product is the Somatrophinne. Somatrophinne is a mix of HGH, amino acids and growth factors. This product is designed to kindle greater production of HGH by the pituitary gland. It claims that is has no side effects. Somatrophinne can be consumed through capsules and is cheaper than the injectables. It is frequently used for anti-aging, weight loss, body-building, better sleeps and increased metabolism. Kindly take your health care taker’s advice on it.

Another product is the Renuva Generator which promises to stop or reduce certain aging factors. Renuva is made up of HGH releasers and a mix of nutritional ingredients that supports the production of growth hormone. The product claims that it has the finest active ingredients that include HGH precursors, HGH secretagogues and stress relievers. Kindly take your health care taker’s advice on it.

Another product is the ProBlen human growth hormone products. These products claim that they have the highest quality products in terms of HGH supplements. ProBlen presents their products in a combo of men and women anti aging products. These products, HGH Plus, contain growth factors like any other products. Kindly take your health care taker’s advice on it.

There are still many products that are available in the internet and in the market. The mentioned products only served as examples on how these products are made and what are their claims. But, can aging be actually reversed? Are these products really effective?

Aging is an inevitable process and this process still goes on with or without these HGH supplements on anti-aging. While it is true that they provide youthful vigor to the users, these are only temporary. Everybody goes through the aging process. There had been no reports of people defying age and reversing the aging process. Well, Benjamin Button reversed the aging process but he was born as an old man so it’s still practically the same. People can not escape the aging process. However, the bright side on these supplements is that they give temporary happiness to the users; it gives temporary strength to be able to enjoy life again.

Human growth hormone products sure do present possibilities in the human’s fantasy to reverse aging and to remain young. However, these dreams of anti aging cost a fortune with every pill and every injection that an individual goes. What ever happened to the cliché that dreaming is free? Well, in this case, the dreams of remaining young are costing every user a huge sum of money. If these HGH supplements provide happiness, then happiness is really expensive.

Be Happy – It is easy to cure Human Growth Hormone Diseases.

Human growth hormone diseases are very common in children and even in adults. There are different methods and products that can treat HGH diseases. However, there are also natural ways to prevent HGH diseases. Preventing HGH diseases is easy and is at minimal cost compared to treating it. As the proverb says, an ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure.

HGH diseases mainly manifest because of imbalance in the proper HGH levels. This imbalance often results to abnormalities in the growth processes of an individual and physical defect. In able to prevent HGH diseases, an individual must know the factors that affect the production of HGH. Some of these factors are stress, exercise, proper diet and the hormone itself. These factors must be balanced to contribute to the balance in HGH levels.

Stress happens when certain needs of an individual are not met. It also happens when something deviates from our expected results. Stress can lead to depression and ill-mental health. When this happens, HGH levels are affected. To balance it, one must know proper stress management and the different ways of coping with it. Coping with stress involves accepting responsibility, being objective, getting in touched with yourself and coping with a friend.

Another factor of HGH production is exercise. Maintaining a proper and systemized exercise can contribute to maintaining the HGH levels. A balanced body means balanced HGH levels. Proper diet is also needed to prevent HGH diseases.

Proper sleep can also contribute to the prevention of HGH diseases. It has been discovered that HGH secretions are secreted on the onset of sleep. Thus, lack of sleep can decrease the HGH secretions which may result in HGH deficiency.

Human growth hormone has also been attributed as an anti aging hormone. In line with this, anti aging HGH supplements and products have dominated the market. Nonetheless, an individual doesn’t need to spend so much money in slowing the aging process and staying young and strong. There have been natural methods to slow down aging long before HGH supplements have been introduced. Some of these natural methods are exercising regularly, good nutrition, good skin care, and positive thinking. Taking in foods that are rich in Vitamin C, Vitamin A, and Vitamin E are also useful in staying young.

HGH diseases manifests in every individual regardless of age, economic status and gender. These diseases can give short stature, excessive height, and other physical abnormalities. These physical abnormalities can degrade the confidence of a person.

Anybody can be diagnosed with human growth hormone diseases. The methods of treatment and HGH products are available for these diseases. Methods like pituitary irradiation, surgery and therapy are administered by doctors. HGH supplements manifest themselves in pills, injectables, oral sprays and natural herbal releasers. All of these methods and products entail money. Money is a resource that is not readily available in some individuals. The constraints of money may prevent them from going through these methods and buying supplements.

On the other hand, prevention of the human growth hormone diseases only entails minimal cost. Most of the prevention methods that were discussed above do not really need money. Every individual can exercise, sleep properly, maintain proper diet and can cope with stress.

With all kinds of diseases, prevention has always been better than cure. It saves money, time and energy.

You Can Buy Human Growth Hormone Online.

Keeping you looking and feeling younger is perhaps the main reason why you are considering using human growth hormone products, supplements, or injections. But are you aware that there are lots of scam HGH products circulating in the market now? If you're not, then it's high time you look into these products deeper before you purchase one. And since most of these products are being sold via the Internet, you have to be cautious when buying human growth hormone online. Here are some important tips to help you find that genuine HGH product that you need.

Research is the Key.

Before you buy HGH online, you might be bombarded with so many questions such as:

1) Which HGH products are genuine and not?
2) Do these HGH products have side effects?
3) Does HGH really slow aging?
4) What is the best HGH product to buy?

To find the answers to these questions, research is the key. That is right! Go out there and make some effort to check out each and every product, read HGH reviews, and really talk to people who have already used HGH products. Do you have a friend who can prove the benefits of HGH after using it? Then, seek his/her advice. Or how about taking the time to gain in-depth knowledge through reading HGH reviews? The process of research may take a long time and effort, but it will be worth it.

Consult a Qualified Doctor.

If you think your efforts will be put to waste through research, then you might as well consult a qualified doctor before you buy HGH online. Most doctors provide a prescription if they feel that you really need one. And you can actually purchase HGH over the counter. But if you find it more convenient to buy online, since the Internet is just a click away, you can always check the prescription given to you and make it your guide when buying. Please do take note of the term and dosage of HGH use.

Go for a Reputable Online Store.

Buying HGH online can really be a challenge because of the increasing number of online stores selling it. Now, you might get confused and even buy the inferior product which could be dangerous to your health. The solution: go for a reputable online store. How will you know then if that's a reliable store that you're looking at? First, check its About Us page. Often a reliable site which is already years in service includes an About Us page to inform their consumers of what they really are and how long they have been operating.

Also, check the site for testimonials. Customers who have already purchased products from their site often leave testimonials indicating their experience and their desire to purchase again. And lastly, check whether the site has a valid address and contact information. Often times, you can find it at the Contact Us page. At least if you have complaints about your purchase, you know where and how to reach them.

So, these are just simple tips to help you buy genuine human growth hormone online. Last piece of reminder though, never buy in haste. Take your time when checking the sites and products and exert effort in doing research or consultation. Only through these you will find the best HGH that will work for you.

Be Happy - Age Doesn’t Matter For Human Growth Hormone.

It is commonly believed that Human Growth Hormone (HGH) does not grow after a certain period of age. But it is not so. It functions all throughout a man’s life. The anterior part of the pituitary gland, which produces HGH, continuously secretes HGH even as people grow older. However, the amount of HGH secretion decreases as people exceeds the puberty years. Adults are prone to many diseases because their immune system weakens thus affecting the whole body system. Adults, like children, are also susceptible to HGH diseases.

HGH diseases are mainly of two kinds; deficiency of HGH and excessive HGH. HGH diseases in adults have two general categories;

1. An adult who had an HGH disease as a child and continues to have the disease
2. An adult who have gotten the HGH disease after youth

One of the HGH diseases that an adult has is Adult Growth Hormone Deficiency (AGHD). This disease is a disorder which is brought by many factors including the malfunction of the pituitary gland. AGHD has many symptoms namely; abnormal body composition, increased fat mass, decreased lean muscle mass, and decrease in physical power and endurance. AGHD can also bring negative effects to the heart. AGHD, when not treated, leads to morbidity and frequent cardiovascular attacks. In the last 15 years, it has been recognized that growth hormone deficiency (GHD) can happen in adults.

Unlike in cases of children where GHD is easily determined, AGHD is hard to identify because of the lack of growth parameters and effects of other diseases that the patient acquire because of old age. Hence AGHD is determined by conducting a test. The growth hormone stimulation test (GHST) is usually used to determine HGH diseases. GHST measures the ability of the pituitary gland to produce HGH. However, the accuracy of this test was questioned because of test variability and the uniqueness of the physiology of every individual. These factors together with the admittance that IGF-I is significant to HGH makes the analysis of AGHD difficult and diverse.

Comprehensive biochemical testing replaced GHST as method of determining AGHD. This test includes complete blood count, broad metabolic and thyroid panel, and tests in testosterone and estrogen level. This test can reveal other symptoms that may lead to AGHD. It also determines the growth hormone and IGF-I level of a person. When deficiency in IGF-I and growth hormone is determined, further tests follow.

Another type of disease in adults is acromegaly. Acromegaly is the presence of too much HGH in the human body. This disease does not cause an adult to grow taller like children with HGH excess. In place of increased height, adults experience enlarged hands and feet, crude features of the face, heart size increase and may also cause diabetes.

Agromegaly is commonly caused by a benevolent tumor in the pituitary gland which is also the cause of gigantism in children. Gigantism and acromegaly are the same in the sense that these diseases both concern the overproduction of HGH. The difference is that acromegaly occurs after bone growth while gigantism occurs during childhood.

There are treatments available for these diseases in adult. Surgery, medical therapy and radiation are some of the possible treatment for adult human growth hormone diseases. Many supplements are also accessible to cure the deficiency in HGH. However, these supplements are not mainly used for medical purposes but are explored for positive effects on aging. It is said that these supplements do not only cure GHD but give an adult a “young” feeling again.

These supplements present endless possibilities for adults to enjoy the prime of life again. Nonetheless, supplements are to be taken with proper guidance and instructions because they may have fatal side effects.

Anaerobic Workout: Natural Way of Increasing Human Growth Hormone

You can regain youth and vitality, lose weight, treat diseases, increase height of children, and counter the effects of growth deficiency are just some of the reasons why the use of human growth hormone supplements and injections is getting more popular nowadays.

But little do people know that increasing human growth hormone to achieve all these goals does not depend mainly on synthetic HGH products. One can actually increase HGH the natural way and that it is through anaerobic workout.

Anaerobic workout.

Anaerobic workout is basically a strenuous exercise which is implemented for muscle strengthening purpose. With its literal meaning "without or lacking oxygen", anaerobic workout does not rely on oxygen to produce energy, thus this is performed in quick yet short sessions so that heavy amounts of oxygen are not used. This is proven to help increase HGH production in the body, thus there's no need for costly HGH treatments and potentially harmful HGH supplements.

Some examples of anaerobic workout.

Since anaerobic workout is an intense exercise, it includes activities such as playing tennis, sprinting, and lifting weights. Boxing is also a good anaerobic exercise, with its punch combinations done in short spurts. If you have already tried any of these, for sure you were catching your breath while performing it as it required high level of energy. So, before you try doing regular anaerobic workouts, make sure that you are physically fit.

Advantages of anaerobic workout.

Because of the little time required to perform this type of exercise, this is just what people with tight daily schedules need to experience the following benefits associated with increased human growth hormone:

1) Stronger bones
2) Increased stamina
3) Endurance
4) Muscular atrophy prevention
5) Increased muscular power
6) Adequate muscle mass production

Not recommended to do anaerobic workout.

Although there are known advantages in performing anaerobic workout to increase human growth hormone in the body, this may not be appropriate to everyone including the following:

1) Individuals with joint/muscle problems or injuries
2) Pregnant women
3) Individuals who do not exercise on a regular basis

To do before performing anaerobic workout.

It is a must that you consult your doctor if you are capable to perform this exercise without putting your health at risk. Often times, people with heart problems are prohibited from doing this strenuous activity because of the associated risk. Once your doctor said that you are fit to perform anaerobic workout, you can start with familiar exercises like swimming or jogging. But before you do, make sure to warm up or do some stretching to avoid any injuries.

With all the scam HGH products and supplements, together with costly HGH treatments, it is really good to know that there is now an effective way to increase human growth hormone the natural way. Now, you won't have to worry about the associated risks or side effects of synthetic HGH supplements or injections. But the question is, are you in for the challenge of increasing human growth hormone through anaerobic workout?

As compared to synthetic HGH products, here you really need to exert effort before you can achieve the results that you want. So, would you go for the easier but more risky way through the use of synthetic HGH products or the harder but healthier way through anaerobic workout to increase human growth hormone? You can ensure the Human Growth Hormone at any time of your age. You are required to put in your determination to do so.

Be Happy – Donate to the Eligible Only.

Donation is the greatest opportunity for you to express who you are and how you see yourself in relationship to others and your environment in the moment. When you walk by a beggar and ignore his outstretched hand-you are making a personal statement about yourself, how you feel about the beggar or what he is doing. If he is a young person, you may say to yourself how bad he is begging while he is so young to do something to earn. Actually, we make judgments about the situation based on our own perceptions about the one asking for the handout. There are very few of us who could not give him something, if only a few words of encouragement.

I think I should much rather teach a man to fish, than to feed him. In other words if there is the beggar, a volunteer who would go out and fish and give his catch to the beggar, and the one who would teach the man to fish – I’d rather give to the one who would teach.

It is true that meeting the immediate need of some other one if he is helpless, is a noble cause. But greater one would be to make him able to meet his needs himself.

Now giving money to the beggar may not resolve the hunger issue. What will happen if the beggar goes to buy drugs or something else, instead of meeting his hunger which may perhaps be pretended for getting some money from you. Can you trust a beggar who has leaned to lie and come up with unique stories to get your money-can he be trusted? Giving to the one who would go out and fish and give away his catch would seem to be a better solution. However, if there are beggars on the street starving, where is his catch going? How much of the donations going to him are being spent on his overhead and personal expenses-can he be trusted to use the money to return fish to the hungry?

So it is always wiser to use your money to support the one who would do the most good in the first place. Give it to the one who would teach the beggars to fish, as they would no longer have to beg for food and be self sustaining.

We all have heard about programs to help the hungry. Money donated to these groups or individuals is funnelled into their own pocket and the needy do not receive benefit from your donation. None of these people seem to be responsible. There is only one person who can be responsible, and it is you. If you see yourself as a giving or caring person in the moment, then it would be incumbent, upon yourself to give when the opportunity comes up-not for the sake of the one who is in need, but because it is an opportunity for you to express yourself as caring or giving. All life declares itself as “this” or “that” in any particular moment. Guilt should never be part of the equation of giving. It is a lie to give when you do not feel liking giving. It is the worst blasphemy-you are denying who you really are and your feelings.

In the true spirit of giving, you give to yourself-not to the other. You receive the greatest benefit from giving, if it is done from the heart and in the moment. You receive an immediate benefit in the act itself. It is only when your mind starts to contemplate your action do you feel anything else. If you give for yourself first, then it doesn’t matter that your donation is going to be used to buy drugs or cigarettes, alcohol or anything else. Your giving was a true expression of how you felt in the moment-it is life expressing itself in all its glory.

Over the last two years my web site has cost me thousands to operate and maintain. Some months ago, I added a link for those who felt the desire to donate. When I started this site I was aware of the expense of maintaining it and the site survives. I added a link as a gift to those who could see value in the material and purpose of the site. I added it for their benefit, because they have realised the value and wanted to donate something of value in return. It was an opportunity to declare their value and appreciation.

It was the greatest gift I could give to my visitors. If one appreciates value then one gives value back because they are aware of their own value. If one does not see value they do not give value back –they see themselves as valueless in the moment. If you do not see yourself as having value, then your cannot give value. Value can only be experienced when it is given. The next time you are given the opportunity to give, respond to your intuition first and act on it immediately. Simply give or do not. But the most interesting thing, is to listen to your internal dialogue if you do not give. It will be a reminder of how connected or disconnected from spirit you really are.

Who gives the greater gift, the one who is in need or the one who needs to give-the one in need of course? When you stop to think before giving, what you are doing is questioning your own value. This is neither a good thing nor a bad thing-it is a simple recognition of how you see yourself in the moment.

When you give because it is your true nature to do so, you will always receive an immediate reward-recognition of self. It is the greatest gift anyone can receive-it is a gift of life. Life always seeks to declare itself as “I am”. The donations themselves become meaningless to you-once given, it is no longer yours-neither are any expectations. Donations are not donations if there is an expectation-they become payment in advance for something you seek later.

Never miss the opportunity to give-you will always receive an immediate reward. If you want to feel good now, go out and look for some-one to give to. Give to yourself first and others will benefit.

You must ascertain the eligibility of the person to whom you are intending to donate – it is for your self satisfaction that you are going to give out of your hard earned money, something for a cause which you understand is a noble one and that can help someone who really needs it. You can give it directly or through someone you may trust.

Be Happy – Your Lawyer Can Give You Mental Peace.

Providing legal information the clients is the duty of the lawyer. A lawyer is a trained person who works for an individual and/or organization, giving legal advice. The lawyers may work in both the public or private sector and can be found in all aspects of business. The lawyer provides guidance and advice to an individual or a company on any legal matter as well as assists in creating contracts, policies and detailed research. An average salary for a lawyer in 2010 is between $80,000 and $150,000 depending on experience.

A lawyer is responsible for dealing with any legal query that you may have. This may be in regard to a proposed action, such as specifying the legal implications of buying land or dealing with a copyright claim by another party. Legal advisers are often consulted about the legal implications of terminating employment contracts to ensure that the reasons behind doing so are legally justifiable.

Before a company proceeds with a project, such as developing land, the lawyer carries out detailed research on the issue. The lawyer discovers all the possible implications for carrying out the project and how any legislation will affect the project. Once the lawyer has carried out the relevant research, he submits a detailed report highlighting potential problems and makes suggestions on how to avoid them.

A lawyer helps you to prepare documentation such as commercial contracts, employment contracts and insurance policies. They proofread work to ensure that it is legally enforceable and that there are no mistakes. If there are mistakes, the lawyer corrects the mistake or brings it to the attention of the relevant employee. In an insurance company, the lawyer ensures that the insurance policy is worded to only provide protection for what it was intended and that it protects the organization's interests. The lawyer also carries out any relevant administrative work that is required such as preparing letters, memorandums and procedural manuals

A lawyer makes research and analyzes regulatory matters that can affect you and create reports covering guidelines that should be followed. Such personnel usual work within a corporation's legal department, performing job duties such as advising department heads on minimal liability laws concerning the policies of the corporation. A lawyer also helps ensure that all company documents are effectively written.

Large corporations write up extensive commercial contracts with other companies and national vendors in order to produce goods or services. Legal advisers provide assistance in this important matter. The lawyer also provides legal support and pertinent information regarding dispute resolution issues, government funding agreements and regulatory and government legal matters. He assists the company in staying within legal guidelines of state and local regulations.

Legal advisers oversee the preparation of specific documents. This ensures that a corporation's financial statements, legal contracts and other legally binding documents are drafted so that legal guidelines can be adhered to. This involves reviewing and reading through early drafts of government proposals, policy procedure guidelines and other types of legal documentation and editing out improper legal terminology before final drafts are published.

New regulatory guidelines that a state or local government puts into place that might negatively impact a company must be looked into by the company's legal adviser. By researching case law and interpretations of regulatory guidelines, legal advisers create detailed reports about how to work within the new guideline structure. This report is given to the company's owner or board of directors so upper management knows what types of procedures to be put into place.

Legal advisers work with outside lawyers to ensure that top priority legal issues are dealt with outside of the company in a proper manner that follows the company's legal guidelines. After liaising with external law teams to get assistance on corporate tax law matters that deal with sophisticated legal contracts, the lawyer goes over the teams' advice with the company's main department heads

The Lawyer shall participate in any litigation, only if he/she is duly authorized by the clients. He/she advises you on any matters regarding legal questions that could affect the operation and well being of your family, you or your organization. Goal of the Lawyer is to protect you from litigation or unnecessary liability. The Lawyer will review all legal work delegated to any assistants or staff.

In usual course of his duties, a lawyer mostly reviews contracts on your or your organization’s behalf to ensure fairness, balance, and that requisite legal requirements are met; He/she advises you as to liability incurred by actions of agents and officers; He can assist in mediation of disputes between members or others as to insure due process requirements are met.

Job Description for a Lawyer

1. Provision of timely and accurate advice and services to support the control and management of legal risk.
2. Involvement in all aspects of life assurance, pensions, insurance, company, contract, commercial, trust, law and regulation;
3. Assisting with documentation review, contractual certainty, drafting and amending contracts and supporting documentation;
4. Policy interpretation;
5. Participation in general projects;
6. Conducting training and providing “know how”;
7. Sourcing and obtaining reference materials and doing research;
8. Developing and maintaining systems to ensure efficient delivery of service to client.

If you feel any problem or see that your lawyer is not working well, you can complain to their registration body to correct them and get them punished if they cheat you.

Be Happy – Keep Faith In Your Doctor.

God has given us beautiful body to enjoy all the pleasures of life available here in this universe. We owe the duty to maintain it well. Though He has developed perfect immune system to keep us safe from the onslaught of various diseases, we get ill many times due to our own faults. Sometime, we do not care for our meals – we compromise on the quality, timing and quantity. We undertake undue mental stress, physical working or laziness. We get ill by exposing ourselves to unfavourable climates and circumstances too. When we get ill, we feel pain, fever and many other developments in our body to result in lesser productivity in our working.

For getting early recovery, we tend to have some domestic treatment or some expertise to diagnose our illness. For temporary diseases which affect us a little, we take domestic cures but when they do not get settled early, we need expertise to handle them. In medical treatments, we call our doctors to diagnose our diseases and prescribe the medicines, exercise and other treatment whatever they think appropriate for us. Here, we need to keep faith in them and disclose everything so that they are able to diagnose and prescribe the right treatment.

It is necessary that we should have our disclosures to our doctors and faith in them because we know that they have been serving our needs for thousands of years. Hippocrates is the "father of medicine" due to his actual and intellectual contributions to the theory and practice of medicine. His achievements led to the Hippocratic Oath, which is still used today as the basis for their responsibilities:

"I swear...I will prescribe regimens for the good of my patients according to my ability and my judgment and never do harm to anyone. I will not give a lethal drug to anyone if I am asked, nor will I advise such a plan; xxxx

But I will preserve the purity of my life and my arts. I will not cut for stone, even for patients in whom the disease is manifest; I will leave this operation to be performed by practitioners, specialists in this art. In every house where I come I will enter only for the good of my patients, keeping myself far from all intentional ill-doing and all seduction and especially from the pleasures of love with women or with men, be they free or slaves. All that may come to my knowledge in the exercise of my profession or in daily commerce with men, which ought not to be spread abroad, I will keep secret and will never reveal. If I keep this oath faithfully, may I enjoy my life and practice my art, respected by all men and in all times; but if I swerve from it or violate it, may the reverse be my lot".

We understand that modern Doctor’s responsibilities include those imposed by their licensure, their malpractice insurance and guidelines established by their place of business. The responsibility of a Doctor is to provide compassionate, ethical and proper treatment for the patients.

We also understand that the relationship between a patient and the Doctor is predicated on trust. Our medical records cannot be shared with anyone without our express authorization unless ordered by a judicial court.

We know that a qualified Doctor is able to hear everything what we say without judgment and he/she is able to dispense medical advice, medical recommendations and medical care without dispensing personal judgment or attacks on us.

We are sure that in cases of suspected abuse (child or spousal), the Doctor will send the patient to the emergency room where skilled social workers may evaluate the problem. A Doctor will, on a case-by-case basis, notice certain patterns indicating abuse and may report the abuse to Child Protective Services for investigation.

We feel that it is the responsibility of every Doctor to be competent in their chosen specialty. New reports and studies are published every month. Doctors stay current in their medical knowledge with regard to the care and treatment of medical conditions.

We believe that Doctors subscribe to medical journals for the latest findings with regard to prescription medications, allergic reactions and treatment suggestions. Doctors no longer prescribe antibiotics to prevent secondary infections if no secondary infection is present, in large part because of many infections are now resistant to antibiotics due to their over-prescription. Without staying current, a Doctor will continue to prescribe unnecessary medications.

We further believe that all patients are treated equally without bias for age, race, gender, religious or political affiliation. A Doctor's responsibility is to the patient, not anyone else. They also work on their interpersonal skills in order to avoid appearing abrupt, rude or condescending. A Doctor always tries to get his/her communication skills developed so that he/she is able to better listen to the patients and deliver the advice and medical expertise in a better manner.

We commonly understand that our Doctors are able to treat their patient's emotions and opinions seriously. They are sensitive and respect their patient's beliefs and fears. A Doctor would never withhold information or resort to highly technical jargon that we cannot understand.

We believe that our Doctors are all god-like but they do not introduce this understanding in their attitudes to make them unapproachable. Our physician is our partner and confidante. While our Doctor maintains boundaries, including no flirting, harassment or unethical behaviour, he is our trusted advisor. Actually, this relationship is facilitated by the doctor who will discuss a patient's options, disclosing benefits and costs and helping the patient to understand exactly what course of treatment they are choosing for themselves. He/she never makes the choice for the patient without their informed consent. Physicians also work with each other, whether the patient is seeking a second opinion or being referred to a specialist.

We understand a physician's responsibilities and the benefits he provides to his patients. By providing educated, compassionate and respectful medical care in an atmosphere that promises confidentiality and informed consent, the physician treats his patients more effectively.

Since the prime object of the medical profession is to render service to humanity; reward or financial gain is a subordinate consideration, we understand that who- so-ever chooses this profession, he/she assumes the obligation to conduct himself/herself in accordance with its ideals. We understand that our doctor is an upright person, instructed in the art of healings. He/she keeps himself/herself pure in character and diligent in caring for the sick; he/she remains modest, sober, patient, prompt in discharging his/her duty without anxiety; conducting himself/herself with propriety in his/her profession and in all the actions of his/her life.

The Principal objective of the medical profession is to render service to humanity with full respect for the dignity of profession and man. They merit the confidence of patients entrusted to their care, rendering to each a full measure of service and devotion. They try continuously to improve medical knowledge and skills and make available to their patients and colleagues the benefits of their professional attainments. They practice methods of healing founded on scientific basis and do not associate professionally with anyone who violates this principle. Since the honored ideals of the medical profession imply that the responsibilities of the physician extend not only to individuals but also to society, we must cooperate them to exercise their responsibility sincerely to all of us. If we keep faith in our Doctor, we can recover soon and would be happy again.

Be Happy – Discourage Corruption (Part 3)

As we understand, corruption is an evil which can cause harm to anyone of us irrespective of our caste, creed or colour. But this evil is emerging up as a part of our life. We do not usually resist it. To discourage this ugly practice, to ensure complete transformation, we will have to decide to change our attitude. How can we change our attitude? We will have to decide this too.

Unless this decision comes from within the depths of one's being, true transformation is impossible. This is borne out by Kohlberg's theory of moral development, according to which moral conduct is based on the choice that we make when faced with a dilemma. This theory classifies conduct based on avoidance of punishment and deference to power at the lowest rung of moral development, called the 'pre-conventional level'. The highest rung is called the 'universal and ethical principle orientation' where right is defined by the decision of conscience in accord with self-chosen ethical principles appealing to logical comprehensiveness, universality and consistency. These principles are abstract and ethical and are not concrete moral rules like the Ten Commandments. Essentially, these are universal principles of justice, of the equality of human rights, and of respect for the dignity of human beings as individual persons. This level of making choices may be achieved only after one does some serious and honest soul-searching. Let's do just that.

First of all, you and I need to get off our moral high horses and shake off the complacence that comes with dispassionate discussion or, in other words, pointing fingers at others. Let's face it, that's what we have been doing for the past 3,000 odd words since matter begins in this blog. We have examined society and people, but what about our own selves? For every finger that we have pointed at politicians or bureaucrats or the government (or some clerk in a certain office counting soiled currency notes), four fingers have pointed right back at us. It is time to turn the light, and the microscope, inwards.

We might begin by asking ourselves: Am I incorruptible? If an opportunity comes my way, would I desist? It is easy to be a person of steadfast integrity until a temptation presents itself. What if... will I... may be... only if nobody got to know... only if I needed the money for something urgent... only if it were a life-and-death matter... Carry on.

Some of the answers might surprise you for you may not really be who you think you are. I, for one, discovered that although I might be impervious to the lure of lucre, I would not be averse to bribing my way through for a driving license. And this, when I believe both the giver and taker of the bribe to be equally guilty of corruption. Another young person who claimed a absolutely impeccable moral standards admitted to giving up a 'tip' to a clerk at a land records office.

Getting rid of the kind of hypocrisy that keeps us from judging ourselves of what we believe to be incorrect in others may perhaps change the mindsets that let corruption fester. Corruption comes up due to many reasons. Sometime, fear of losing power corrupts those who wield it and fear of the scourge of power corrupts those who are subject to it. Corruption is induced by desire, is deviation from the right path in pursuit of bribes or for the sake of those one loves. Corruption can ask you to the wrong path to spite those against whom one bears ill will. Corruption can be as aberration due to ignorance. But perhaps the worst of the four is fear, for not only does, fear, stifle and slowly destroy all sense of right and wrong, it so often lies at the root of the other three kinds of corruption. When not the result of sheer avarice, can be caused by fear of want or fear of losing the goodwill of those one loves, so fear of being surpassed, humiliated or injured in some way can provide the impetus for ill will. And it would be difficult to dispel ignorance unless there is freedom to pursue the truth unfettered by fear. With so close a relationship between fear and corruption it is little wonder that in any society where fear is rife corruption in all forms becomes deeply entrenched.

Dissatisfaction with economic hardships has been seen as the chief cause of the corruption. It is true that years of incoherent policies, inept official measures, burgeoning inflation and falling real income had turned us into an economic shambles. But it was more than the difficulties of eking out a barely acceptable standard of living that had eroded the patience of a traditionally good-natured, quiescent people - it was also the humiliation of a way of life disfigured by corruption.

The effort necessary to remain uncorrupted in an environment where fear is an integral part of everyday existence is not immediately apparent to those fortunate enough to live in states governed by the rule of law. Just laws do not merely prevent corruption by meting out impartial punishment to offenders. They also help to create a society in which people can fulfill the basic requirements necessary for the preservation of human dignity without recourse to corrupt practices. Where there are no such laws, the burden of upholding the principles of justice and common decency falls on the ordinary people. It is the cumulative effect on their sustained effort and steady endurance which will change a nation where reason and conscience are warped by fear into one where legal rules exist to promote man's desire for harmony and justice while restraining the less desirable destructive traits in his nature.

There has to be a united determination to persevere in the struggle, to make sacrifices in the name of enduring truths, to resist the corrupting influences of desire, ill will, ignorance and fear.

Saints, it has been said, are the sinners who go on trying. So free men are the oppressed who go on trying and who in the process make themselves fit to bear the responsibilities and to uphold the disciplines which will maintain a free society. Among the basic freedoms to which men aspire that their lives might be full and uncramped, freedom from fear stands out as both a means and an end. A people who would build a nation in which strong, democratic institutions are firmly established as a guarantee against state-induced power must first learn to liberate their own minds from apathy, fear and corruption.

We need to learn how to eliminate the corruption in our life, public life and in our practices o ensure a happy life.

Be Happy – Discourage Corruption (Part2)

Corruption as we see in our day-to-day life has become omnipresent. It has come to stay as a natural part of our life that we need to pay or oblige more than the prescribed for the job we wish to get done smoothly. Now, corruption is not meant for getting your work done but it is the fee you are compelled to pay in cash or kinds just to ensure that the work which you feel can be done should be done without hindrance. If you do not arrange the gratification, your work would fall victim of those tactics/ objections you might have never thought of.

Enter into any office and you will find that the officials are openly discussing how a particular matter is required to be settled, notwithstanding the fact that they are being paid hefty salaries for the job. Seeing an official in a government office counting soiled currency notes in full view of all and sundry is a normal scene. It brings home the sordid reality that is corruption. It is all around us, almost like a distorted, antithetical version of God for the New Millennium. It is literally under every stone you turn. It happens as much in broad daylight as it does behind closed doors. It is as much a part of my life as it is of yours.

It is also in every alley you turn into, every nook and cranny you might care to peep into. It may be as much because of you as it is because of me. It has now been well recognized that there is corruption in society, each one of us is responsible. It is wrong to blame the system. Why do we separate ourselves from the system? Don't we vote the corrupt to power? Don't we endlessly suffer from all deprivations and refuse to raise our voice? And then when it becomes too much, we crib.

If we go through the origin of corruption, we can not think the common man is responsible. We can not blame the man who shells out money so that he doesn't have to spend half his day in a queue at the municipal office. Is it not more pertinent to ask how these serpentine queues are created? Are we short of staff in an overpopulated country with a large section educated but unemployed? We may have to take corrective action with right approach.

The fact remains that the individual can certainly not shirk responsibility. For the individual is the smallest unit in this complex web of interrelationships we call 'society'. If we are all interconnected, how can a minority (or a majority, as the case might be) only be responsible for a phenomenon as widespread as corruption? Corruption is the symptom of a disease that has as its progenitors over-centralization of power, non-transparency in all official functions and lack of accountability. Lack of transparency gets majority votes for being the single largest factor that provides an ideal breeding ground for corruption. Big chunk of funds from development projects are siphoned off annually to Swiss bank accounts before anybody notices anything amiss. Why are we not interested to introduce transparency?

Corruption thrives on opacity. To give an example, people marketing computer networking software found that 'corporate transparency' is not the sales pitch that works with the top bosses. But the same people are more than willing to invest in networking if told that it would help them manipulate information. This sort of a mindset is ingrained in us in the form of a belief in an 'information pyramid' that causes information to move according to hierarchy. We need to change our own attitude.

When we discuss about Political corruption, we find that political funding is at the root of all corruption. Every political party is expected to maintain accounts of their income and expenditure and get them audited regularly. But it is not done usually. The voice of the common man must rise. We must hit out at political corruption because the largest quantum of money is transacted there. You can write letters to the Prime Minister and also to your Member of Parliament and Member of Legislative Assembly to strike at them directly and let them know how you feel. We need to fight to effect changes in the funding system, for example. A person should be able to make an income tax exempted donation to a political party, just as you can donate money to the Prime Minister's relief fund. That can discourage bribery in the name of 'party fund'.

For discouraging the corruption, we will have to change the attitude also in the political spheres. If an ambitious project for public welfare fails, we expect with the politicians in charge, that they have lined their pockets with the money. If the flyovers are not coming up at an appropriate pace, we blame the politicians. If they are coming up too fast and there are too many, we suspect the politicians. Instead we must involve the public also in such activities with total transparency so that every thing must be clear like mirror.

While the politics may be the dirtiest, the very structure of the polity is top heavy, thereby concentrating too much power in too few hands. This increases the chances of power being misused and manipulated for vested interests, totally bypassing the greater common good. One practical alternative is to decentralize. We enact a law to make the neighborhood committee the first municipality and give them the power to collect dues and empower them to be the first authority to sanction any building alterations. Empowering the people and putting them in charge of their own neighborhood will reduce corruption as well as make administration effective because that is where the administrators themselves live.

If the electricity and water system is also given over to the neighborhood committees, it will significantly reduce kickbacks and thefts and also make everything so much more efficient. But the politicians and bureaucrats will not allow this. Can you guess why? Because it is bread and butter for them.

For discouraging corruption in our life, we need powerful and sincere law enforcing agencies. Because of the erosion of fear of law, somehow corruption has become acceptable. Few are caught and fewer convicted-of every 100 corruption related crimes, only about six are finally convicted. All this has made corruption a 'high-profit low-risk business Let's face it, there are no role models any more in public life.

What makes these people virtually incorruptible? What gives them the conviction that we lack to swim against the tide? It is required to be done. A corrupt choice should never be an option. Being corrupt and self-serving can only be termed as a shortsighted and irrational act. Many of us may feel inhibited discussing corruption issues. To overcome this, we can generate a debate within our community, whether at home or at work, regarding the corrupt practices we come in contact with.

For discouraging corruption, we may ask ourselves and our friends why things seem to be going wrong, and how they might be corrected. Have brainstorming sessions to come up with ideas as to how systems can be made more transparent and accountable. We may write letters to newspapers, try to suggest improvements, not just complain about the way things are at present. It is small steps like these that snowball into movements that change society.

For discouraging corruption in public life, we can form groups for campaigning in support of having access to official information. We must get information of small-scale development projects at the village level, and take it into the villages, and inform the people there. They are the ones who know who has really been paid, and how much. At village meetings, officials may be asked to explain why the money has not gone where it should have, and can be shamed into changing their behavior in future.

For discouraging corruption, we should be a whistleblower. The most effective thing that we can do is to complain when they see corrupt acts occurring. This can be difficult when your superiors are the ones who are misbehaving! Make sure there is no innocent explanation of the activities you see happening because what less senior people see is not necessarily the whole story. You don't want to confront an honest boss with a complaint that they are corrupt! Yet unless people have the confidence to raise their concerns with people they trust and are in a position to do something about it, nothing is ever going to get better.

For discouraging corruption, we must initiate discussion, within our own organization and with our friends about how existing complaint mechanisms are working (or not), and see whether there is room for any of us to take an initiative to improve them. We can form an integrity circle with like-minded colleagues, if we are working in a department with a reputation for corruption.

Each member may make a pact with all the others that he/she will not be involved in corrupt activities and will support each other if anyone has any problems over this refusal. We can declare our office a 'Corruption-free zone'. we may also put up signs saying 'Please do not offer bribes as we do not accept them' or 'Bribes are unnecessary-we are paid by the state to serve you'. We may encourage friends in other departments to do the same. We can inject a seed of integrity into the administrative body and see how effective it is. We may get our managers' support for our endeavour in writing.

To discourage the corruption, we should remove temptation. When we see opportunities to remove unnecessary blockages in systems that serve no useful purpose but which create opportunities for bribes to be extorted from the public, we can write to ministers, MPs, MLAs, newspapers, drawing attention to the reforms needed. We can build national integrity systems and ensure that anti-corruption drives or remedial measures taken are geared towards taking stringent steps to punish those who are corrupt or to instil fear in them. The fear of detection is the most effective weapon we have against corruption. We should promote sting operation to detect the corrupt activities taking place behind the screen.

Since corruption is a social sin, we must join hands to fight against this.

Be Happy – Discourage Corruption (Part 1)

Corruption, as we mean it, is a social evil. The word “corruption” has many meanings. When we talk about Political Corruption, we take into account abuse of public power, office, or resources by government officials, employees and elected representatives to the law making bodies, for personal gain, e.g. by extortion, soliciting or offering bribes.

Police corruption is a specific form of misconduct designed to obtain financial benefits, other personal gain, and/or career advancement for a police officer or officers in exchange for not pursuing, or selectively pursuing, an investigation, arrest and/or weakening the process of enforcement of law. One common form of police corruption is soliciting and/or accepting bribes in exchange for not reporting organized drug or prostitution rings or other illegal activities. Another example is police officers flouting code of conduct in order to secure convictions of suspects — for example, through the use of falsified evidence. Sometimes, the police personnels may deliberately and systematically participate in organized crime themselves.

Corporate corruption is mostly practiced by the big corporate bodies because of enormous capital on their disposal with little answerability due to large number of shareholders. Corporate criminality and the abuse of power by corporation officials, either internally or externally can be covered under this sort of corruption.

With advancement of technology and use of computers in date compilation, the chances of data corruption have gone up tremendously. Under this corruption, mischievous attempts are made to effectuate changes to data in storage or in transit for the benefits of the someones.

Linguistic corruption means the change in meaning to a language or a text introduced by cumulative errors in transcription as changes in the language speakers' comprehension Language corruption may refer to two similar things: Change of words, and difference from the so-called "purity" of standard language.

When we talk about Bribery in politics, business, or sport, we take it as a form of corruption. It is an act implying money or gift given that alters the behavior of the recipient. Bribery constitutes a crime and is defined by Black's Law Dictionary as the offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting of any item of value to influence the actions of an official or other person in charge of a public or legal duty.

The bribe is the gift bestowed to influence the recipient's conduct. It may be any money, goods, right in action, property, preferment, privilege, emoluments, object of value, advantage, or merely a promise or undertaking to induce or influence the action, vote, or influence of a person in an official or public capacity.

Corruption in judiciary includes misuse of the posts, lackadaisical treatments to the cases, undue favoritism to some parties, misuse of the funds etc. This sort of corruption is the most injurious to the society as the delay in delivery of justice creates frustration in the minds of the affected parties and law and order is jeopardized in process.

This social evil is not limited to one place, village, district, state or country – it is rampant all over the world threatening civilized working. If we go through the following lines, we may find how worse it has been over some recent time.
