Be Happy – Accomplish Your Dreams (Part 2)

You need a good job, a good house, a happy family, good pension plans, better insurance, good finances to meet your vacation expenses, good medical facilities and many more things for your comforts. These are your dreams. Accomplishing your dreams is a process, not something that happens over night.. Often we get discouraged because we don't think we are making progress, and the next thing we understand that we have veered away from that goal. The key is to plan a course for how we want to achieve our goals. And each and every day, we must take a few steps closer towards our goal. You've got to get to the stage in life where going for it is more important than winning or losing.

A winner is someone who recognizes his God-given talents, works his tail off to develop them into skills, and uses these skills to accomplish his goals. There are winners, there are losers and there are people who have not yet learned how to win. Experience will teach you how to win – there is a need for you to take initiative and proceed on after chalking out your strategy to achieve your targets. It's not the will to win, but the will to prepare to win that makes the difference. Winners have simply formed the habit of doing things losers don't like to do. I do write, I do compile, I do present the views for which I did not have the proper skill but I tried and now, I can tell you one thing. I've done this my way. I don't have anybody to blame for this win but me, and I love it. I am still learning to do my job in better way.

Be willing to learn, and a teacher will appear. Be willing to work, and numerous opportunities for making a valuable, positive difference will come your way. Your willingness is a key that unlocks life's abundance. Your willingness helps opens your eyes to, and prepares you for whatever you are willing to be or to do. Your willingness is not merely what you say it is. True willingness resides in the deepest part of who you are. Be willing, and you will gain access to whatever you need to get the job done. Be willing, and you will find a way. Many things seem out of reach only because you imagine them to be. Have the courage to be sincerely willing, and the impossible can become real. Be willing to make a difference in each moment, and your world will overflow with possibilities. Be willing to experience a life of richness and fulfillment, and that is precisely how it will unfold. Having once decided to achieve a certain task, achieve it at all costs of tedium and distaste. The gain in self confidence of having accomplished a tiresome labor is immense

The person who goes farthest is generally the one who is willing to do and dare. The sure-thing boat never gets far from shore. Never lose sight of the fact that the most important yardstick of your success will be how you treat other people -- your family, friends, and coworkers, and even strangers you meet along the way. Success is going from failure to failure without loss of enthusiasm. Success doesn't come to you… you go to it. I can't imagine a person becoming a success who doesn't give this game of life everything he's got.

One of the easiest ways to succeed is to watch what other successful people are doing, and then take it a step further! I enjoy reading the biographies of these folks, not so much for the literary value as what I may learn about the person. History, if studied can reveal many secrets and may ensure that we don't make the same mistakes that the others before us did! Somehow I can't believe that there are any heights that can't be scaled by a man who knows the secrets of making dreams come true. This special secret, it seems to me, can be summarized in four C s. They are curiosity, confidence, courage, and constancy, and the greatest of all is confidence. When you believe in a thing, believe in it all the way, implicitly and unquestionable. You know! The greater the difficulty is, the more glory we get in surmounting it. Skillful pilots gain their reputation from storms and tempests.

I want to put a ding in the universe. I can do it because I know that failures are finger posts on the road to achievement. One of the surest roads I have found that leads to personal success is in doing something that you would do even if you didn't get paid for it! I have found that there are things that I just enjoy doing more than others. From time to time I like to look at these things and see how I could make it produce an income for me. Please understand that when I say it's the easiest way to success what I mean is that since you enjoy doing it you won't mind putting the hard work into it necessary to succeed. A perfect example of me doing something that I would do for free anyway is that I enjoy working with computers, so it only seemed natural that I would offer computer tutoring services and Internet consulting. Another example is what I am doing with this blog. It takes lots of time to keep it up and running, but I genuinely believe in the power of thinking, so I don't count the hours involved. They do not have monetary value at the moment but I know that in due course of time, I may be able to have sponsors to keep it continued. Presently, I am enjoying it.

Friends, if you do not do but one thing in your life, I hope that it will be to do something that you enjoy. I am sure that will give you satisfaction, remove your mental stress and perhaps, may reward you at the appropriate time. But you need to do something which you can enjoy also. For what is the best choice, for each individual is the highest it is possible for him to achieve. Please continue to do whatever you enjoy till your last breath. Something out of your doings would definitely be useful to the society. Take it granted that death comes to all But great achievements build a monument which endures until the sun grows cold. Life affords no higher pleasure than that of surmounting difficulties, passing from one step of success to another, forming new wishes and seeing them gratified.

One of the secrets of getting more done is to make a TO DO List every day, keep it visible, and use it as a guide to action as you go through the day. Success is not measured by what you accomplish, but by the opposition you have encountered, and the courage with which you have maintained the struggle against overwhelming odds. You will definitely win every thing. You can achieve a good job, a good house, a happy family, good pension plans, better insurance, good finances to meet your vacation expenses, good medical facilities and many more things for your comforts.Be Happy – Remain Motivated and Accomplish Your Dreams.

Feng shui, literally translates as "wind-water" in English, is an ancient Chinese system of aesthetics believed to use the laws of both astronomy and geography to help one improve life by receiving positive qi, known as an active principle forming part of any living thing in Chinese culture. The original designation for the discipline is Kan Yu literally meaning Tao of heaven and earth.Traditional Feng shui practice always requires an extremely accurate Chinese compass, or luo pan, in order to determine the directions in finding any auspicious sector in a desired location.

Qi means air and in Feng shui, Qi means flow of energy. Be Happy – Accomplish Your Dreams

Most of us love to find a way to attract more money, a right partner, a great job, a way to improve our business, enhance our prosperity, our social image and our mental peace. We do make efforts for that purpose but many times they do not succeed BECAUSE we do not fix our targets distinctly. So, first we need to decide what we want to attract... if we know or if we have an idea, we can draw our target oriented strategy. Yes, we can begin manifesting Wealth and abundance... while we relax...We need to get our mind and subconscious mind focused on creating wealth as we go about our day. In just weeks we will have the same thought patterns that allow the wealthy to build their fortunes. Now it's our turn.

We May Change our Energy

To start attracting what we want, we need to change our energy. What we attract into our life is based on our personal energy. So if we don't have the things we want - if we don't have the money we want, if we don't have the partner we want, if we don't have the job we want - it's only because we're not developing the right energy. So we need to change that.

We are aware that everything in this world is made up of energy including us. Other people pick up on our energy. If it's positive we'll attract positive people into our life. If it's negative, we'll always attract negative people and negative situations into our life. We'll attract what corresponds to our energy. Negative energy attracts negative situations. Positive energy attracts positive situations. It's really that simple. So if we are not getting what we want - we're sending out the wrong energy. We need to change our energy - and we'll start getting what we want.

How can we do this?
Our energy is based on our thoughts and beliefs. Our subconscious mind picks up on our thoughts and beliefs and creates situations that reflect our thoughts and beliefs. People pick up our energy on a subconscious level. They're not consciously aware of our energy but they just develop a feeling about we based on our energy. If we have negative energy we'll attract negative people and negative situations. At the same time we'll repel positive people and positive situations. A devastating combination especially if we want to create a positive and successful life.

If we constantly think of the worst, if we find that we're regularly negative, if we don't believe that we can ever achieve anything, if we don't believe that anybody can be good, if we constantly complain, if we always see the worst in situations, if we regularly put others down, if we're just a negative person we will develop negative energy and in the end we'll only attract more negative situations into our life.

When we're filled with negative energy we end up making our life miserable and make it just about impossible for us to achieve our goals and create the changes that we want. At the same time we will repel positive people and positive situations. So by being negative or by developing negative energy things will continue to get worse. Being negative is really a no-win situation. So what do we do? We need to change the way we see things and begin eliminating the negative thoughts and negative beliefs.

This will help change our energy so that we begin to attracting what we want. We need to focus on positive situations, understand that things will work out, look for solutions instead of complaining, be more understanding instead of getting angry, try to look at things from a different perspective, embrace changes and look for opportunities instead of focusing on the problems, and stop believing that the worst will happen.

As we change the way we think and see things we'll begin to naturally attract more positive situations into our life. We are what we attract. And if we're not getting what we want out of life it's time to change the way we think and act then only will we be able to change our energy and attract better, positive situations into our life while creating and attracting what we want. During the day we should observe how we respond to situations, see how we react to things we don't like, or just to situations in general. We need to pay attention to the comments we make to friends, colleagues and relatives. Are they positive or negative? Do they always point out the negative? Do they complain or think of the worst?

Now, we should look on ourselves. If something goes wrong do we get angry, blame somebody, or have a series of negative thoughts? Or do we focus on a solution, accept responsibility and create the changes that we want? If we find that we have a negative reaction then we're only creating more negative energy and attracting more negative situations. We should start changing how we think. We must create positive thoughts and positive beliefs. We must focus on finding solutions and we shall begin attracting more positive situations into our life. The sooner we begin, the sooner we will see improvements. As we continue doing what I am sure that the changes will happen faster.

Take Positive Action

Next change, our actions and how we respond to situations. Even, the most subtle negative behavior and negative responses can create negative situations in our life. Before we know it we are taking negative actions and getting negative results. And that's not what we want. Instead, we must take steps to be nice and we would attract nice or positive situations. For example: If we find out that a colleague gets a promotion and we get upset, angry, or resentful then we are really creating more negative energy and will continue to attract situations that will keep making us angry. What we're really saying is that we don't like promotions; at least that's the energy that we're sending out. Now, we remember on a subconscious level other people will pick up on our energy including our bosses. If they feel that I don't like promotions and don't have a positive attitude toward promotions why would they give me one?

But if I were to wish the person who got the promotion all the luck and support them, then I would attract something similar. I would be creating positive energy that would attract more positive situations. We only attract what we are. If we're not kind, thoughtful, understanding, supportive and encouraging we simply won't attract great people with those qualities.

Truly, we need to make it a daily habit to look for the positive qualities in people that we interact with. We need to begin changing the way we see things. We must start being the kind of person we want others to be. We should take time to be nice and look for positive situations in people and in all situations. Your subconscious mind will then begin to attract all that you want in life and more.

This is not something to take lightly. Studies have shown that those who are more positive, kinder and more considerate stand a better chance of achieving their goals and are more likely to live fulfilling lives. We need to stop being negative. We need to take positive actions. We need to search for solutions. We need to look at things differently. We need to search for the good in people. We need to take time to be complimentary and positive.

We can create a better life. We can attract what we want. We have the power and ability to do anything we want. We must begin changing our energy and begin creating the life that we want. We must stop defeating ourselves, we must stop limiting ourselves. We must create all the success we want and deserve in life. Be Happy - we must accomplish our dreams just by changing our attitude.

Be Happy - Stay spiritually balanced

When we incline to spirituality, the experience feels strange. We begin to feel like we’re walking on a tightrope between two different worlds – on one hand, we see the material world and on the other hand, we get attracted to spiritual world. We become ungrounded and lose touch with the physical side of life. When our spiritual mission becomes clear, it is even truer. Learning to breathe and to walk between these two experiences until they merge can be a tough balancing act. It’s easy to choose and get lost in the new experience because it feels so good and so right.

Regular aspects in the physical world are seen less important and get set aside, many times incomplete. This tightrope doesn’t have the same thinness as the rope we think of in the circus. A spiritual path is actually on the ground and wider even though it feels like walking on air at times. If you step to one side, you engulf yourself totally in the awe of spirituality. The other, the physical world and because of its alluring influence, it is easy to understand why we prefer to be there. There are ways to merge the two experiences. It’s easy to choose and get lost in a new spiritual experience because it feels so good and so right.

Here are seven techniques to help balance the tightrope:

1. Start new physical activities or Maintain the existing ones with full sincerity:

Go running, play tennis, take a walk, or workout. Allow love to pour into the tennis racket. This is a neat experience if you haven’t tried it before. Allow the physical activity to merge with a spiritual part. Walk with a loving heart, say your favourite poem or prayer, and feel it in each step. Do the same when making beds, running errands, standing at the copy machine, taking the kids to soccer, or washing the car. This chases the doubt away and invites high-attraction vibrations in.

2. Care for others:

Take care of your family, yourself, pets, and others in your life. Allow them the amount of space they need to learn, falter, and grow. Place yourself on that list, so, set time, and space aside for you as well.

3. Keep financially stable:

It is easy to say, ‘Do what we love and the money will follow.’ Lean too much on the spiritual side and you stop taking action and the money dries up. This is like wishing to win the lottery without buying a ticket. One difference with balance the two – the right people show up at the right time. People sometimes think that when you find spirituality, the money just finds you. This can’t be furthest from the truth. It means that you will find it easier to attract what you need if you continue to take action. If this is a learning and growth period, it takes massive action- action for learning and action for the regular action. As hard as this one is to balance and maintain, nevertheless it is feasible, millions of people do so daily.

4. Spend more time planning and setting goals:

We may do manifesting what we want still requires action and planning. Spirituality can nestle us so warmly and lovingly it’s easy to set the needed action aside. The level of balance is in the amount of flexibility you allow in the action plan. Complete each action with total openness of all that is possible for what follows. Ask and allow the universe to send easier, faster steps. And be open to see then when they arrive. Ask, trust, and allow the universe’s infinite wisdom to send you the answers. They are usually better than anything we usually arrive at ourselves. The tightrope is to balance trust with flexibility and space for expanded freedom and results.

5. Keep on giving:

Spirituality is a gift that needs to flow. It can only continue to do so if people give. There are many ways to give and the method you choose will be the right one.

6. Allow room for real people and relationships:

Other people ground us and connect us to the physical world. Yet, they must still allow us to evolve. People are another form of giving and receiving – two necessary parts for good ground maintenance.

7. Receiving remuneration is a gift:

Accept it as if it came from the universe asking you to continue the flow. When we receive, water continues to flow into our cup and allows our mission to continue its evolution. Asking for compensation allows both parties to continue the flow. When we shift our perspective and see the need for flow, additional funds to appear. Enjoy spirituality in balance with both feet on the ground!

Be Happy - Stay Spiritually balanced.

Be Happy – Age is no Limit

Yes, it is true. Age is no limit for being happy. If you are in teens or you are youngster, you are mature or an old person, your age does not matter for being happy. It is a matter of your right and it is your attitude which can keep you happy. If you are younger, you can groom up yourself. If you think yourself old, you may change yourself – some efforts are essential to be undertaken. You will have to plan out for your dream of being happy again or bringing in more happiness in your life.

When a student dreams for a good career, he thinks that after properly opting for a particular course of study, he would easily get an appropriate opportunity to earn handsomely and lead his life happily. He works hard and gets success in finishing the course timely. But many times, he does not get the environment exactly which he had thought at the time of initiating. Some persons get stunned due to change in the tables, and some one feels that he can meet the additional requirements of the qualification to get some job or make out his career brighter.

It is true that the employer of today not only takes care of your educational and vocational achievements, he looks into your attitude and other personal traits as well. For being an ideal employee, professional or businessman, you are required to possess good personality, seriousness and confidence in your working. These qualities can not be acquired with the labor of 2-3 months; it develops in course of time.

Your good personality is the first step of your success. That ensures happiness quickly. If your personality reflects your maturity and confidence, you must assume that your work stands half done. Some psychologists prescribe some tools for development of proper personality:

1. Gaining Knowledge and Skills

Every employer wishes that the incumbent must be more practical in working in the desired field. If you have got a lot of bookish knowledge and you have not practiced that knowledge, you may not succeed to achieve your target of good position. Whenever you wish for a certain position, you must question yourself whether you have sufficient caliber to hold that position for a long time. For example, you want to become a software testing engineer, you must know to ascertain software lifecycles, testing tools and bugs.

For this, you may have to undertake a lot of practice. In college education, there is more emphasis over the principles of the techniques than the practice. After finishing the studies, the students find themselves unable to handle practical problems. Before recession, the companies have been giving training to the new incumbents but now, they prefer well experienced workers. You need to learn and practice the techniques before going to the floor so that undue wastage of time, energy and resources should not take place.

2. Communication Skills

If you wish to be happy, you need to develop your communication skills. You need to communicate your thoughts clearly, and you need to understand them clearly. Whatever language you use in communication, you must try that the delivery is mistake-less and your words are selective to the occasion. If you feel lacking in delivery or understanding, you will have to concentrate to remove your weakness. Find out where you are not doing well. You need to be polite where it is warranted and you must be aggressive where it is required.

3. Problem Solving Skills

A trouble shooter is every where welcomed. Employers prefer those candidates who need little instructions to accomplish the job more swiftly. Those persons who react back on each assignment or instructions are not appreciated. These people are never believed to be successful if there is any emergency. It is therefore necessary that as soon as you get an assignment, you must study it, find out the smooth and tough ways of getting through. Smooth points can be looked after by you smoothly but for the tough points, you can seek help of your colleagues, seniors and even you can get clues from juniors too.

4. Learning Tendency

In the present era of fast communication and changing techniques due to continuous research for betterment, you may find that the knowledge gained by you in your youth is getting obsolete. You must be ready to learn new techniques always, whatever be your age. If you match with the advancements, that will restore mental peace and happiness to you. If you wish to join somewhere, you must be ready to be examined by the employer regarding your thinking about innovation.

5. Attitude

Attitude plays the greatest role in your personality development. Your mindset or behaviorical traits will define your success and happiness. If you feel that you are not getting the success you deserve, you must have re-look upon yourself and check if your attitude is progressive or negative. If you have selected the job according to your own attitude, you would definitely get success and enjoyment in doing the work.

6. Dedication

If you need betterment of your position in your family, your office or within your circle of contacts, you need to have sound dedication to the jobs you undertake whether you are at your home, office or with friends. Your dedication to the job undertaken would definitely get success for you. Those persons who work dedicatedly get easy advancements in their life and career.

7. Personal relationship

Interpersonal sweet relationship with your colleagues, even with your family members, helps you to ensure smooth coordination and peaceful atmosphere. You can avoid odd scenes by maintaining good relations. It looks after your emotional health too. If you lead perfect emotional life, it can add up more than 16 years to your longevity. You can help your neighbors, your colleagues and your family members in achieving their targets – it will win their hearts for you.

8. Strong Work Ethics

You are well aware that those who work punctually while maintaining ethics are liked very much. The people start to believe upon them, their honesty and sincerity win the hearts of all the concerned. If you keep your words and your principles strongly, none will fear about your mood. They will work happily with you. This will increase your happiness and productivity.

9. Capacity to take initiative

You must have capacity to take initiative in every field you are assigned. Every employer understands well if you are able to do a job or not. If you demonstrate your capacity to do so, you may be duly rewarded for the initiative you may be taking. It would be an additional qualification in your personality and set up you as leader of your team. Once you take, you may stand assured that your team may also follow your lines in due course of time - it is also possible that they may appreciate you seeing your initiatives be helpful in achieving the targets more easily.

10. Flexibility

Please assume it for certainty that none is complete in this world. If someone has committed some wrong, you must study it before getting angry or punishing. Think it if the same wrong can be committed by you either unknowingly or in a jerk of anger or frustration. You must be reasonably flexible in observing the discipline rules by your subordinates and ignore the negligible laxities. If there is no mental tension, you will be happy.

11. Determination and Sincerity

If you undertake some job with determination and sincerity and complete with the same spirits, the results would definitely be hilarious whether they are positive or negative. It will instill confidence in you that you had exercised full justice with the job. If you do not succeed, you can study the reasons of failure and take corrective action. If you succeed, you can take more effective assignments that would bring happiness to you.

Apart from the above, you may take care of the following tips too for your happiness:
1. Don't give away your power to people. Take responsibility for your life. If things aren't going as hoped in your life, re-examine your deepest beliefs. Swap limiting beliefs for empowering ones.
2. Don't watch movies that drag you down. Watch movies that will make you feel good. Listen to music that fills you with positive emotions. Read books that empower you. (Control the input to your brain, and you'll control your output).
3. Do focus on what you want in your life, not what you don't want. You have the power to create the life of your dreams - even if the world around you seems messed up, don't lose focus.
4. Do imagine that what you dream of is in your life now, and feel grateful for it now ...and after that think of 10 more things to be grateful for.
5. Do have fun. Life is about being happy. Don't wait until you have this, or that... Don't put off happiness. Live now. Enjoy now.
6. Do seek to discover the truth about the meaning of your life. The answers are there if you look for them. Awareness and peace of mind are high vibrations.
7. Do use tools and strategies to help you achieve higher levels of consciousness.
8. Do seek the truth. Trust your intuition. This will also help you give you a much more balanced view of reality. There's lots of good news out there if you're looking for it.
9. Do help other people. Forgiveness, compassion and understanding are good vibrations.

Be Happy – Be Leader Everywhere

Leaders don't inflict pain. They bear pain. They understand that when they find that what they are doing isn't working, they do not get discouraged but tend to do more of the same and with greater intensity. They do not postpone the matters for tomorrow because they know that every organization must be prepared to abandon everything it does to survive in the future. They know that whatever they will do they will do for the present only. If they are able to keep their present healthy, the future will take care of itself. The true leader never becomes arrogant. He says that if he is a leader of some team, he would like to follow the team spirit. The function of leadership is to produce more leaders, not more followers. If you wish to become a good leader, never tell people how to do things. Tell them what to do and they will surprise you with their ingenuity. A new leader has to be able to change an organization that is dreamless, soulless and visionless ... someone's got to make a wake up call. The quality of a leader is reflected in the standards they set for themselves.

To lead people, walk beside them ... As for the best leaders, the people do not notice their existence. The next best, the people honor and praise. The next, the people fear; and the next, the people hate ... When the best leader's work is done the people say, We did it ourselves! A good leader continues to work hard and never gets discouraged – ultimately his work speaks itself who did that job. As a leader, you may have to commit yourself to the task. Unless commitment is made, there are only promises and hopes... but no plans. Good plans shape good decisions. That's why good planning helps to make elusive dreams come true. For implementation of good planning, we need good leaders to organize all the elements to get the target. We must never mistake knowledge for wisdom. One helps us make a living; the other helps us make a life.

We must understand human needs. If we do it, it means we have done half the job of meeting them. Actually leadership means understanding people and involving them to help you do a job. That takes all of the good characteristics, like integrity, dedication of purpose, selflessness, knowledge, skill, implacability, as well as determination not to accept failure. You need to lead and inspire people. Don't try to manage and manipulate people. Inventories can be managed but people must be led. We must become the change we want to see.

You know! A competent leader can get efficient service from poor troops, while on the contrary an incapable leader can demoralize the best of troops. The quality of a person's life is in direct proportion to their commitment to excellence, regardless of their chosen field of endeavor. You must have vision to attempt upon any job. Where there is no vision, the people perish. As a leader, in spite of being strongly disciplined, you must be kind to others because kind words can be short and easy to speak, but their echoes are truly endless. In war, three quarters turns on personal character and relations; the balance of manpower and materials counts only for the remaining quarter. The art of leading, in operations large or small, is the art of dealing with humanity, of working diligently on behalf of men, of being sympathetic with them, but equally, of insisting that they make a square facing toward their own problems.

If you wish your organization should develop at the earliest, you must empower each member of your team appropriately. Nearly all men can stand adversity, but if you want to test a man's character, give him power. An empowered organization is one in which individuals have the knowledge, skill, desire, and opportunity to personally succeed in a way that leads to collective organizational success.

The first step of being successful leader is to have aim. It is important that an aim never be defined in terms of activity or methods. It must always relate directly to how life is better for everyone. The aim of the system must be clear to everyone in the system. The aim must include plans for the future. The aim is a value judgment for proceeding ahead. It is not a question of how well each process works; the question is how well they all work together. We need not to follow where the path may lead. We need to go instead where there is no path and leave a trail. The leader has to be practical and a realist yet must talk the language of the visionary and the idealist.

The very essence of leadership is its purpose. And the purpose of leadership is to accomplish a task. That is what leadership does--and what it does is more important than what it is or how it works. The first responsibility of a leader is to define reality. We know not where our dreams will take us, but we can probably see quite clearly where we'll go without them. As a leader, you will have to look after the whole system. To manage a system effectively, you must focus on the interactions of the parts rather than their behavior taken separately. Remember, processes don't do work, people do. The task of the leader is to get his people from where they are to where they have not been.

The significant problems we face cannot be solved at the same level of thinking we were at when we created them. The final test of a leader is that he leaves behind him in other men the conviction and will to carry on. Leadership should be born out of the understanding of the needs of those who would be affected by it. People are more easily led than driven. Leadership has a harder job to do than just choose sides. It must bring sides together. You will have to take risk and initiative. If you don't risk anything, you risk even more. You need to get the work done through your team. No man will make a great leader who wants to do it all himself, or to get all the credit for doing it. Leadership is practiced not so much in words as in attitude and in actions. Uncertainty will always be part of the taking charge process.

Being leader, you can use all the quantitative data you can get, but you still have to distrust it and use your own intelligence and judgment. If you do not do this, remember that it is far better to follow well than to lead indifferently. The only real training for leadership is leadership since quality has to be caused, not controlled. As a leader, you need to cause the quality in the task being performed. For that, you may ask a lot of challenging questions and let the team come up with the answer – you can consider that in context of your vision. Don't be afraid of the space between your dreams and reality. If you can dream it you can make it so.

Never hire or promote in your own image. It is foolish to replicate your strength and idiotic to replicate your weakness. It is essential to employ, trust, and reward those whose perspective, ability, and judgment are radically different from yours. It is also rare, for it requires uncommon humility, tolerance, and wisdom. All serious daring starts from within. . . . As we, the leaders, deal with tomorrow, our task is not to try to make perfect plans. . . . Our task is to create organizations that are sufficiently flexible and versatile that they can take our imperfect plans and make them work in execution. That is the essential character of the learning organization. When nothing is sure, everything is possible.

Think of managing change as an adventure. It tests your skills and abilities. It brings forth talent that may have been dormant. Change is also a training ground for leadership. When we think of leaders, we remember times of change, innovation and conflict. Leadership is often about shaping a new way of life. To do that, you must advance change, take risks and accept responsibility for making change happen. Not everything that is faced can be changed. But nothing can be changed until it is faced. The world is round and the place which may seem like the end, may also be only the beginning.

If we go through the above lines again and again, we hope that we can become leaders in our life. Be Happy – Be Leader everywhere.

Be Happy – Be Leader

Leadership is the process of influence in which one person can enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a common task. The most important quality in a leader is that of being acknowledged as such. All of the great leaders have had one characteristic in common: it was the willingness to confront unequivocally the major anxiety of their people in their time. This, and not much else, is the essence of leadership. There is a difference between boss and leader. People ask it. The leader works in the open, and the boss in covert. The leader leads, and the boss drives. The quality of leadership, more than any other single factor, determines the success or failure of an organization.

The person wishing to be leader should cultivate in himself, “If it's a good idea, go ahead and do it. It is much easier to apologize than it is to get permission.” You gain strength, courage and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You must do the thing you think you cannot do. The real leader has no need to lead - he is content to point the way.

We can say, "Leadership is ultimately about creating a way for people to contribute to making something extraordinary happen." It is one of the most relevant aspects of the modern life. Managers are people who do things right, while leaders are people who do the right thing. Leadership is the desire and ability to inspire individual achievement, while a leader is just a guy at the top of the heap worried about his own.

Generally, it is assumed that leaders must fulfill three functions: the leader must provide for the well-being of the led, provide a social organization in which people feel relatively secure, and provide a set of beliefs. Leadership can be perceived as a particularly emotion-laden process, with emotions entwined with the social influence process. In an organization, the leaders’ mood has some effects on his group. These effects can be described in 3 levels:

1. The mood of individual group members.

Group members with leaders in a positive mood experience more positive mood than do group members with leaders in a negative mood. The leaders transmit their moods to other group members through the mechanism of emotional contagion. Mood contagion may be one of the psychological mechanisms by which charismatic leaders influence followers. In organizations, real power and energy is generated through relationships. The patterns of relationships and the capacities to form them are more important than tasks, functions, roles, and positions.

2. The affective tone of the group.

Group affective tone represents the consistent or homogeneous affective reactions within a group. Group affective tone is an aggregate of the moods of the individual members of the group and refers to mood at the group level of analysis. Groups with leaders in a positive mood have a more positive affective tone than do groups with leaders in a negative mood. There is no contest between the company that buys the grudging compliance of its work force and the company that enjoys the enterprising participation of its employees

3. Group processes like coordination, effort expenditure, and task strategy.

Public expressions of mood impact how group members think and act. When people experience and express mood, they send signals to others. Leaders signal their goals, intentions, and attitudes through their expressions of moods. For example, expressions of positive moods by leaders signal that leaders deem progress toward goals to be good. The group members respond to those signals cognitively and behaviourally in ways that are reflected in the group processes.
Leadership is leadership by example. The first responsibility of a leader is to define reality. The last is to say thank you. Leadership is a quality which is back bone for success in every activity. Every task should be taken like we are going to win a war. In war, effective leadership is required to win. There every soldier is taught to observe that:

1. He will always place the mission first.
2. He will never accept defeat and he will never quit.
3. He will never leave a fallen soldier.

He will always place the mission first.

Missions are basically an organization's means of living out its visions. In 1982, Johnson & Johnson was confronted with a crisis when seven people died after ingesting Tylenol capsules laced with cyanide. News traveled quickly and caused a nationwide panic. "I don't think they can ever sell another product under that name. There may be an advertising person who thinks he can solve this and if they find him, I want to hire him, because then I want him to turn our water cooler into a wine cooler." - Advertising genius, Jerry Della Femina as told to the New York Times right after the crises.

However, Johnson & Johnson won the public's heart and trust with its commitment to protecting its customers during the Tylenol poisoning crises. They dealt with the crises by living their corporate business philosophy — Our Credo (similar to an ethos in that it defines one's system of values and beliefs). It was written in the 1940's by Robert Wood Johnson. Johnson believed that businesses have responsibilities to society. The credo stressed that it was important for them to be responsible in working for the public interest. Thus, they approached the crises by living their "Credo." From the start of the crises they:

• informed the public and medical community
• established relations with the Chicago Police, FBI, and the Food and Drug Administration
• stopped production of Tylenol
• recalled all Tylenol capsules from the market
• immediately put up a reward of $100,000 for the killer

In turn, the media did much of the company's work by praising Johnson & Johnson's socially responsible actions. Johnson & Johnson's top management put customer safety first, NOT their company's profit or other financial concerns. In other words, they did the right thing. At first, it is easy to believe that such a move was against the best interest of the company's stockholders, but when you put customers and employees first, it actually benefits the stockholders in the long run. "Johnson & Johnson has effectively demonstrated how a major business ought to handle a disaster. This is no Three Mile Island accident in which the company's response did more damage than the original incident. What Johnson & Johnson executives have done is communicating the message that the company is candid, contrite, and compassionate, committed to solving the murders and protecting the public." - Jerry Knight, The Washington Post on October 11, 1982.

Once the crises ended, they started actions to put their organization back on track:
• new Tylenol capsules were introduced in November with triple-seal tamper resistant packaging
• provided $2.50 coupons that were good towards the purchase of any Tylenol product
• over 2,250 sales people made presentations to people in the medical community

Johnson & Johnson could have disclaimed any possible link between Tylenol and the seven sudden deaths. Discover your vision, set your mission, and then live by it.

He will never accept defeat and he will never quit.

While the U.S. Army separates these two principles, for the purpose of this discussion, I will put them together since they are interrelated.
Going back to Johnson & Johnson, their executives wept not only out of grief, but some out of guilt. One top executive said, "It was like lending someone your car and seeing them killed in a traffic accident." During the crises they performed a nation-wide recall of 31 million bottles of Extra-Strength Tylenol capsules. Many of their advisers told them that this was unnecessary as the tainted capsules had only been found in the Chicago area, thus it would be a waste of money.

Yet, not wanting to see even one more tragedy occur, the top executives stuck to their Credo. After seeing the media and public's positive reaction, opposition within the company all but vanished.

In January 1993, tragedy struck when the deadly E.coli virus was traced to Jack in the Box's Pacific Northwest restaurants. The 300 food poisoning cases were linked to undercooked beef in the hamburger chain. Jack in the Box initially did not handle the public relations crisis very well as it took two days before they removed all meat from its restaurants. Jack in the Box officials did not take immediate decisive action to shut down all the stores for a few days and teach employees how to properly grill hamburgers.

However, not too long after the incident, the company developed the most comprehensive and multi-dimensional food safety system in the fast-food industry. Called HACCP (hazard analysis critical control points), the program consisted of "farm to fork" procedures that included microbial meat testing by Jack in the Box suppliers and in-restaurant grilling procedures to ensure fully cooked hamburgers. The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) has since called the program the industry model.

Once you are sure that a decision is morally correct, you stand by it. This does not mean you stand by mistakes. For example, after Jack in the Box's saw that their wait-and-see attitude was taking extreme criticism by the media and public, they backed away from it and learned by it — this lesson helped them to become not only a stronger player in the fast food industry but also a leader in food safety. When you are sure that your decision is morally correct, stand by it. Do not only learn from your mistakes, but also grow yourself from them.

He will never leave a fallen soldier.

While this principle was aimed at the battlefield, the philosophy behind of it reaches far into the boardrooms of corporations. One of the favorite tactics of organizations to increase their value, especially in lean times, is to downsize. Organizations are famous for proclaiming that their workers are their most important asset, yet during a financial crises they turn 180 degrees and not only let "their most valued asset fall," but also cause them to fall in the first place.

In a speech to the Academy of Management in 1996, Donald Hastings, CEO of Lincoln Electric, called downsizing and rightsizing "dumbsizing." Note that Lincoln Electric is one of the leaders in its field and has not laid off since its inception in 1948. The company has been through all the hard times like everyone else, yet it chooses to redeploy people rather than lay them off, such as having factory workers selling products in the field. Another company, the Saturn Division of General Motors, did similar redeployments in the 1990s.

Why? Because innovations, productivity improvements, and other such measures are not likely to be sustained over time when workers fear that they will work themselves out of a job (Locke, 1995). Using the analogy of pruning, it is generally done to create new growth or to get rid of diseased parts. Yet, when organizations "prune," they have no desire to create new growth (or they would train and redeploy) and they normally miss the diseased portions because the ones who got them into trouble in the first place (the executives and managers) are still there!

"The evidence indicates that downsizing is guaranteed to accomplish only one thing — it makes organizations smaller" (Pfeffer, 1998). In fact, the consequences of downsizing are:

• stock prices that lag 5 to 45% behind the competition (in more than 1/2 the cases they lagged 17% to 48%)
• it does not necessarily increase productivity or profits
• downsizing tends to be repetitive (2/3 of organizations repeat it soon after)
• it does not fix or improve core processes
• it can be readily copied so it offers no competitive advantage
• it has unanticipated costs that limit its benefits.

With all the negative connotations associated with downsizing, very few firms use other means to avoid downsizing (1994 American Management Association survey), such as:

• reducing work hours
• reducing pay
• taking outsourced work back
• building inventories
• freeze hiring and reshuffle workers
• do training, maintenance, etc.
• refrain from hiring during peak demands
• encourage people to innovate (product, services, & markets)
• transfer people to sales to build demand

One of the fads in management is forced ranking — managers reflect on how each team member is performing, relative to others, and are then ranked in order from the highest to the lowest performers. The ideal is to identify top-performers and weed out the bottom-ones. For example, the top 20 percent might be amply rewarded, while the bottom 10 percent are shown the door.

"It creates a zero-sum game, and so it tends to discourage cooperation," says Steve Kerr, a managing director at Goldman Sachs Group Inc. Contrast the above with U.S. Marine Drill Sergeants, who are considered some of the toughest warriors on earth. Yet they hold one deeply held value on the human spirit — they will never give up on any recruits who do not give up on themselves (Katzenbach & Santamaria 1999). Their value-driven philosophy allows them to train some of the most effective warriors on the battlefield.

While Marine Drill Sergeants never give up on those who do not give up on themselves, forced ranking schemes often pits employees against each other, rather than fostering a climate of a collaborative work environment, which often leads to dysfunctional and hyper-competitive workplace. Thus these employees who have not given up on themselves may be shown the door, indeed, they might even be better performers than some of their competitors.

The successful management of an organization can be measured by the people working for it and their level of satisfaction and happiness. The overall success of an organisation and happiness of the customer as well. In the business world, customer satisfaction is given top priority – the customer is always right, no matter what!

Much depends on the leader in an organisation, who must rise above limited views. He must carry in his mind the total vision, the complete panorama. If his idea of success is limited, then his success will also be limited. Ultimately, the vision of the totality that the CEO carries, determines the growth, development and success of his enterprise. True knowledge gives us humility. Humility leads to greater ability which in turn leads to higher prosperity. Prosperity if used for righteousness will lead to true happiness.

Every leader has some duties or responsibilities towards those working for him. A good leader must assume three basic responsibilities towards his employees:
1. He must give security to his employees.
2. He must design their job content appropriately.
3. Teach them what religion is. Explain to them the significance of ethics, and the importance of right values.

Of the three, the third aspect is most important. A leader must instil the right moral values in his employees and teach them the right way to live and work. Inspiration gained from the empirical world alone cannot give true fulfilment. People must understand that joy lies in inspired action and not in material gain. When happiness depends on the result, we postpone our experience of happiness to the future. There is contradiction here. We want happiness in the present but have, by depending on the result, delayed the experience of enjoyment to the future. The result that we look forward to with great anticipation also does not last. We often lose it and promptly return to squire one.

While grooming up your self as leader, you must care for your:

Abilities

Abilities or competencies are the knowledge, skills, and attitudes that the individuals presently have that allow them to perform their jobs. The capabilities that the organization chooses are initially determined through the selection process.

Before the rollout, it might help to break the project down into chunks, in order to make it more manageable. Fortunately, we have the help of the U.S. Army and the Defense Department who undertook a similar approach in the early 1990s with a project led by Mark Mumford. The goal was to explain the underlying elements of effective performance. The end product is known as a "capability model" (or skill model) that frames performance as the capabilities (skills and knowledge) that make effective performance possible.

So rather than just collecting a bunch of tasks that the performer should be able to do, the model helps you to lay them out in a more manageable framework in order to gain an understanding of what exactly makes an effective performer. The model has three components: Individual Attributes, Competencies, and Outcomes, which feed into each other.

Individual Attributes

The Individual Attributes are composed of four attributes:
• General Cognitive Ability -- This can be thought of as intelligence, which is linked to biology, rather than experience . While the Army conducts general entrance exams to measure the intelligence levels of new recruits, the civilian world generally relies on other means, such as the applicant's educational grade level to make a very rough guess on his or her intelligence .
• Crystallized Cognitive Ability -- This is the intellectual ability that is learned or acquired over time. In most adults, this cognitive ability continuously grows and does not normally fall unless some sort of mental disease or illness sets in. It is composed of the ideas and mental abilities that we learn through experience.
• Motivation -- This is the performer's willingness to tackle problems, exert their influence, and advance the overall human good and value of the organization.
• Personality -- These are any characteristics (traits?) that help the performers to cope with complex organizational situations.
Competencies
Competencies are the heart of the model. There are four major categories:
• Problem-Solving Skills -- These are the performers' creative abilities to solve unusual and normally ill-defined organizational problems.
• Social Judgment Skills -- This is the capacity to understand people and social systems. They enable the performers to work with each other.
• Knowledge - This is the accumulation of information and the mental structures used to organize that information (schema). Knowledge results from developing an assortment of complex schemata for learning and organizing data (knowledge structure).
• Professional Skills and Knowledge -- These are the knowledge and skills that are critical for producing key outputs.

Performer Outcome

This refers to the degree that the person has successfully performed his or her duties. It is measured by standard external criteria.

Implementing the framework

This framework will probably not fit your organization perfectly, but a little bit of tweaking should give you a basic roadmap to follow during your competency mapping project. During the rollout, do not get hung up with identify basic tasks, rather than competencies (unless of course this is one of your goals). A task is normally identified with a particular job, duty, or project; while a competency is a knowledge structure and/or related skill sets that will guide a person throughout a chosen career path.

For example, if one is in the training profession, then having a good knowledge base on ADDIE will help guide her throughout her career path, such as being a trainer, designer, consultant, or project manager. Within that competency, are basic tasks or concepts that are used in particular functions of training. For example, a learning objective is normally written by a designer, while the trainer uses it as a guide to ensure the end-results are met. In addition, a good consultant might never use the term in particular situations knowing it will only confuse the present clients.
A task basic fits in the third component of the capability model -- performer outcome; while a competency, along with the attributes, allows ones to effectively perform the tasks.

The secret of enjoying life is to understand that joy lies in the very performance of the action. Action is always in the present and so too is happiness. When workers are happy, they are more productive. If they are disgruntled production figures fall. The higher or greater the level of inspiration, the more will be the output of the workforce. When people discover joy in the very execution of action, the quality of their performance changes. You must achieve the leadership with the qualities aforesaid. Be Happy – Be Leader in your life.

Be Happy – Diagnose Your Financial Health

Once we cross our mid-thirties, our doctor starts prodding us to go for routine medical tests regularly just to be on the safe side. As we inch closer to those euphemistically called advancing years, health check ups increasingly become a part of our life. However, when it comes to our financial health, most of us have no idea how to run a check. Unfortunately, we don’t have financial doctors to help us out. That is why we ask our financial advisers what they would recommend as the financial equivalent of a health check up to determine our financial health – a few easy-to-answer queries that can either reassure us about our financial health or help diagnose problems early.

These queries are generally called ratios and which can be easily replied by the person concerned. However, before starting the ratio analysis, one must have a family budget in place. One should also have a list of assets and liabilities they have ready. We may discuss the ratio as below:

1. The first ratio is called liquidity ratio. This ratio helps us figure out how much liquid cash we have if we need the money in urgency, like we may loose our job, someone of our family members falls ill or hospitalized suddenly due to some accident etc. We must have liquid assets worth of three to four months’ expenses at least.

2. The next question is how much we can save from our monthly income/salary. This one is easy to answer. It is savings ratio – a rough idea whether you are saving sufficiently to meet your future needs. It differs from culture to culture. In US, 10% savings ratio is considered good but in India, it should be around 30 to 40% of monthly income. This ratio has become more important for the new generation of work force who tends to confuse financial well being with higher salaries. You may be earning a lot but you are heading towards trouble if you do not save sufficiently in time.

3. The next question is how much part of your monthly income is used up in clearing your old debts or equated monthly installments against the loan you might have taken for various purposes like house loan, capital items etc. People are increasingly falling into the debt trap without even realizing it because banks have been wooing them never before. Generally, if you have taken a house loan, your monthly payment against all the debts including housing loan should not exceed 35% of your monthly income. In case house loan is not there, your monthly payment towards old debts should not go beyond 15%. You can have insurance cover to take care of your liabilities.

4. Do you know how much you are worth? Please do a rough mental calculation. Add up all of your assets to figure out your net worth. After accounting for all the assets, make its comparison with your total liabilities to get solvency ratio. This exercise may look futile at first glance, but it is not. For example, when listing your assets for your net worth, you may have included the house with bank loan. But that is not your asset unless the loan is fully repaid. A solvency ration of 50% is considered healthy. In other words, your liabilities must not exceed 50% of your assets.

5. Now, the next question is what your assets are doing for you. You have created a number of assets but are they generating any income? At present you may not be in need of extra income but at the time of your retirement, you need it. For this purpose, it is essential that 50% of your assets must be able to generate further income. Ideally, you should not include house you live in. But in exercise you can include it by reverse mortgage to generate income after retirement.
These are simple tools to know about financial well being. If you continue to check it, you may need not to go for any finance related advice. If you do not undertake such exercise, you must start immediately and keep constant check over your financial health.

Be Happy – Recognize The Reality (Part 10)

Life is an illusion as well as death. It is configuration of energy. Yes, humans, indeed all life, which means all that is, are simply unique configurations of energy, energy fields, within the context of the greater energy field, universal mind, each energy field identified by a unique but constantly changing vibration, the rate or frequency of which is entirely dependent upon state of evolution and perfection relative to the only true reference - source, first cause while still intimately and seamlessly connected to the whole energy field as one complete experience with infinite experiential potential.

This is why life, as humans know it in the physical universe, is an illusion - a dream, but a dream that anyone can consciously change if they choose to, and have sufficient mind power and control to do so. If life is an illusion what then does that make death?

Death is an illusion. Mind, ego, consciousness, soul, and spirit are all configurations of energy - existing only as unique energy fields identifying who we are - the spiritual "I". Humans are, therefore, indestructible in absolute terms, even if the organic body is transient in nature.

During the change known as death, the soul and spirit - unique energy field - leaves the organic material shell, to present experience itself as pure energy without the encumbrance of the physical shell, physical senses and organic brain, which, after life principle has departed, is free to decompose to the extent it may be observed to do so.

Experience after death seems considerably more real than before, because whereas before death experience relied on the sensory inputs of the five physical senses and the limitations of an organic brain, the body of Energy now experiences directly. Taking the sense organs and organic brain out of the picture immediately removes a whole layer of potential error.

The influence of the sense of time is also removed, and along with it the illusion of waiting for something to materialize. All thoughts manifest instantly as forms - thought forms - energy forms - inherently transient in nature. The subconscious sphere of activity of the mind now decodes energy, thought forms, directly. In this more powerful state, in the absence of space or time, mind not only decodes thought forms directly, it also influences energy to bring about thought forms which are observed instantly.

This is still an entirely subjective experience, however, because the experiences as thought forms are still in observed in accordance with the nature of the Thought that gave rise to them.

So after passing, humans must very quickly learn to control the nature of their thoughts - to control their mind - a lesson best learned before passing where the challenges are greater, and materialize much slower, so the experience is much more forgiving - which after all is he whole basis of the physical Universe and material existence. A kindergarten child needs to be introduced to their full potential gradually so they can grasp it, and less likely to make mistakes.

In the Astral worlds, the afterlife, the life after death, humans are still living the illusion of material form, which, at that stage of their evolution is still required - it must be, otherwise they would not be there at all. Astral residents are either not being able to comprehend or willing to contemplate a massively more powerful, formless, bodiless, experience as a self-aware, self-conscious point of energy. These are spheres of true glory, where form is regarded as a necessary first step on the path to much greater and more responsible roles, responsibilities and adventures.

The physical world to ascended humans is perceived as but nothing more than a hazy, crudely defined, but interesting, necessary dream. Yes, physical life is a dream, but a necessary learning experience in which every human has chosen to participate at the start of the glorious journey along the Eternal Path of experience and perfection, with the potential to achieve the ultimate conclusion of reuniting with Source, while, on the journey, accepting far greater, more responsible and glorious roles within the all, as a hugely powerful designers and creators of environments and games, designed to facilitate ever further evolution and perfection, while joining with groups of spirits to be of service out of unconditional love to those further out on the path - the Inner always helping the Outer in love and service. The entire Universe - in all spheres - is characterized by cycles of energy - some extremely "short" , other extremely "long", but all have the potential to influence us in some way.

Humanity is currently experiencing the end of one such great cycle of 25,765 years or so, and the transition to the next. These events have the potential to be completely transformational for those prepared. The Higher Self of those not yet ready will continue their own cycle of incarnations on Earth if possible, other planets if not. These events are potential to be both transformational and from a physical human perspective, destructive. But this is simply an aspect of the perfection of universal mind, old paradigms needing to be swept aside to facilitate the new.

Your own time to awaken is now, as humanity, Earth and all Life on Earth on Earth approaches a this truly great transformational and transitional event - an opportunity to experience a great leap in your own personal evolution, should you choose, and will prepare yourself accordingly, an opportunity to experience the potential to remove many physical world obstacles, thus presenting a golden opportunity for all those who have made it possible for themselves to participate in this great evolutionary opportunity.

Evolution is not fixed to any point within the human experience - it is ongoing. Any human can achieve the evolutional potential at any time and proceed to the next level. But the opportunity such as that being presented Now, and which will accelerate exponentially towards the pivotal moment, may be considered to be a 25,765 year window of opportunity with the potential to achieve a quantum leap in personal evolution should you be prepared for this Divine opportunity and choose to accept it. There has never, at least in the last 25,765 years or so, been a better time to experience being a Human on Earth.

Yet, you must still make the decision and take the actions to embrace this opportunity and go with the flow. There is no sitting back and waiting for it to happen - it will not. If you do you will miss the proverbial boat, and another one of this size does not depart for another 25,765 years or so. Complacency never brings evolution. All humans are here to Evolve, but Evolution will not take place without effort, commitment, understanding, knowledge and application. Transient Experience does not equate to Evolution, although nothing is ever wasted within the perfection of the all.

Finally what then can we say about the nature of reality? We can never know the absolute nature of Reality as source mind, the supreme intelligence, until finally, through the process of evolution, the potential is reached and the decision is made to reunite, to merge, at which point all will become known.

We can, however, say this about the all encompassing nature of the subjective reality within the context of universal mind in which we experience, evolve, love and have our Being. This Subjective aspect of universal reality may be defined as: a boundless expanse of eternal, intelligent, conscious, vibrant energy, subjectively experiencing itself.

So what then are the three Fundamental Qualities of this Greater Reality? Love - Mind – Consciousness. There is nothing else. What may we say about the nature of the Personal reality of humans on Earth.

Personal Reality is simply your Subjective Experience in any Moment of present within the overall context of the greater Reality. The Moment of present is Eternal, Encompassing Infinite Potential, any aspect of which any human has the potential to experience through mind principle in the process of personal evolution - also an aspect of collective evolution - although there is ultimately but one of which we are all eternal aspects within the universal mind.

Subjective Experience, the reason or meaning of physical life, provides a limitless, self-regulating environment through which personal evolution can progress through the divine freewill we are all blessed with, and the infinite power of mind, within the context of a universal mind of infinite potential, always regulated through immutable universal principles.

The kindergarten environment of the physical, material Universe provides a sandbox in which humans can play without hurting themselves or disrupting the greater Universal harmony. Once a human has attained sufficient experience and evolution, they are released from the sandbox - the physical universe - to take their place as a formless spiritual "I" in the context of the greater whole, all, of universal mind.

The objective and destiny of every individual aspect of mind as the spiritual "I" is to attain the potential to reunite with source mind energy, supreme being and intelligence, at which moment the absolute ultimate reality is instantly realized in that moment.

Most humans currently experiencing Earth life are just setting foot on this Eternal Path, along which life and experience becomes increasingly real and glorious. There are no human words to even begin to describe these Divine glories - a primary motivation to continue, during which increasingly greater and more responsible roles are accepted with great joy, thus facilitating ever greater potential for experience and evolution, while contributing to the evolution and expansion of the whole - the all.

So, how may we summarize your "physical experience" in the context of Earth? Your physical life is a sandbox and you are a child of the universe playing within your sandbox. You may mould your toys indefinitely to any Experience that you can imagine. Life in the physical world of matter - your current experience - is a but a dream, a dream which you and you alone continually perpetuate within the context the collective dream of humanity.

Your objective on Earth is to realize both the personal and collective dream for what it really is, free yourself from that dream, and consciously realize, and connect with the greater reality beyond the dream, and source of all that is.
What you have been previously been taught, experienced and as recognized as life, is but a game, a game in which you have hitherto willingly participated and immersed yourself believing it to represent your life and reality. Your Moment has now arrived to graduate beyond the nurturing, loving and self experiencing kindergarten realm of games, pretend and make-believe, to graduate to the glorious realms of a much greater responsibility, love and service to all.

Your current experience of life is but the space-time bound Matrix, a projected game, an illusion that you have chosen to experience. You must now awaken to the full nature of this game, before you may liberate your self from the game. Your objective is to attain enlightenment, encompassing the full realization of, and conscious oneness and connection with, source of all that is.

Unconditional love and service for all life becomes a primary principle. Physical, material life is recognized for the dream that it really is having finally served its purpose which you understand and are grateful for. The ultimate objective and greatest attainment of all humans therefore, as many have before you, is to achieve enlightenment while still in the context of a physical human experience. This is a primary reason why Higher Self of Humans chooses the extremely challenging route of concurrent physical incarnation - the most effective way of instantly attaining the necessary Experience to facilitate the Graduation of Higher Self - Spiritual "I" - to much greater, glorious and responsible roles in the totality of Universal Mind.

Be Happy - It is the reality of life.
