Be Happy – Accomplish Your Dreams (Part 21)

You may find the greatest thing in the world is not so much where you stand, as in what direction you are moving. To Accomplish Your Dreams, you should remain active in your working and take rest when you feel that you have accomplished what you have dreams for. Do you love your life? If yes, do not squander time, for that’s the stuff life is made of. Do not wait for extraordinary circumstances to do good actions; try to use ordinary situations. The greatest pleasure in life is doing what people say you cannot do. You must think over their challenge, stipulate your strategy and embark upon with your all strength – you will win. You will find some people may be discouraging you as if their own interests might be hampered by your working on your dreams. To reach the port of heaven, you must sail sometimes with the wind and sometimes against it, but you must sail, and not drift, nor lie at anchor

In each of our lives for whatever reason there are times that we are faced with things that just don't make sense to us. And the more we struggle to understand our hardships the less any of it makes sense. I have found that in every challenge and obstacle that we are faced with, there can be good that can come from it! While it is almost never easy to identify, I assure you that it is there lying dormant just waiting for us to release it! I urge everyone to spend your days looking for positives in your life. By doing so, you can Accomplish Your Dreams easily.

Success is not something you chase. It is something you have to put forth the effort for constantly to Accomplish Your Dreams. Then, maybe, it may come when you least expect it. Most people do not understand that. You must build your success on the success of others! Keep your smiles on in your daily life. See how many people you can get to smile back at you. Be a friend to all! - This is something that I try to practice every day. In my opinion, it is one of the most rewarding things we can achieve in our lives. It takes a lot of work to be viewed in this light by others, but I assure you that you will find nothing more rewarding. You will find that when you are viewed in this light by your peers that more opportunities will come your way. People will be naturally more attracted to you as a person. And far more importantly you will feel better about yourself as a whole. I promise it will not be easy, at times you might even feel as though you are going against the grain. However, if you can resist the temptation to speak ill of another you will gain the respect and admiration of those around you. While this may not be a magic key to success, surely it is one of its ingredients! Keep score and tally the results at the end of each day. Set your sights on the highest peak and it shall be the mountain you climb. When the one great scorer comes to write against your name, he marks not that you won or lost, but how you played the game.

In our busy lives it is far too easy to get caught up in the day to day. All our faults can easily get magnified in our own eyes. Do as I try to do and step back, look at yourself in the mirror. If you really focus on yourself, you can see that you truly are an amazing person! Think about it for a minute, of all the living things that we share this earth with, only we have the unique ability to rise above our current environment! For instance, if I am a farm animal or a wild animal in the jungle I can't very well do anything to get myself into a better situation can I? However, as living breathing human beings you can not only live fuller, richer lives, you also have the unique opportunity to lift those around you up as well! If you do not like the path that your life is taking, believe it or not you can change it to Accomplish Your Dreams! I am not going to try to tell you that it will be easy. I do not believe that would be fair to you or me. What I will say is that many before you have chosen to take charge of their lives and careers rather than letting life lead them. You may adopt this attitude, as I have found it to be extremely helpful in my never ending pursuit of success. When you read, watch TV, or hear about someone who has done something extraordinary, do not view them in awe and say to yourself "are not they lucky?" because, there is absolutely no difference between you and that person. The difference can be summed up in one word "Action"! They saw their opportunity and they went for it. You can have the same achievements. It will take persistence and a strong will to succeed, but you can do it!

Let every man or woman here, if you never hear me again, remember this, that if you wish to be great at all, you must begin where you are and with what you are. He who would be great anywhere must first be great in his own neighborhood. Life is not a 'brief candle'. It is a splendid torch that I want to make burn as brightly as possible before handing on to future generations. Dream as if you will live forever...live as if you will die today.
