Be Happy – Accomplish Your Dreams (Part 38)

If you want to leave footprints in the sands of time, you should not drag your feet. Put them firmly. It means that to Accomplish Your Dreams, you need to stipulate your strategy and implement it with strong determination and do right. This may gratify some people, and astonish the rest. Here, a little improvement is also required. You must never confuse activities with accomplishments...whatever you are doing that be treated as a part of the process. Only your results would be counted!

You must know in your heart that you are good enough to achieve that which you most desire! With this practice, you can Accomplish Your Dreams. You will have to remind yourself daily that there is absolutely no difference besides you and the other fellow that has achieved success! Persistence is all that will lie in your way! Where the heart is willing it will find a thousand ways, but where it is unwilling it will find a thousand excuses. I personally believe a little bit of success lies in everyone! Will you be the one to deny that? Or rather be the one who chooses to be guided by it? You must choose to do the latter.

Unity is strength. When we were in younger age, we were repeated asked to follow this principle. It is true. If you form a team to Accomplish Your Dreams, you will be able to do it more smoothly. If you lift someone, and he lifts you in reciprocation, no doubt, both can ascend together easily. Unity builds up a loving relationship amongst the colleagues. It is a living thing. It needs and benefits from the same attention to detail that an artist lavishes on his art. Cultivate your friendships! Dedicate a portion of your day to building a stronger relationship with those you come into contact with. Very few things will take you farther in life than building relationships! While its true that to be successful at this we must be willing to give far more than we expect in return, at the same time it is also true that we will see many opportunities abound in our lives!... True success must be measured on the value that our lives give to those around us! Your success would be worthwhile only when you share it with others too.

To Accomplish Your Dreams, try and try again. Success is achieved and maintained by those who try, and keep trying. Where there is nothing to lose by trying, and a great deal to gain if successful, by all means, try. Do it now! It will bring to you happiness even if you do not get success in the first try. We must be active to look all around. When one door of happiness closes, another opens; but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one which has opened for us. Action may not always bring happiness; but there is no happiness without action. Happiness is not a destination. It is a method of life.

To Accomplish Your Dreams, you will have to live your life knowing that with each new day you will encounter at least one new opportunity to advance your current position in life! It is my personal experience. If you are optimistic, you can take the benefit of the opportunity. Just you need to try to be more attuned to your surroundings! The most basic of all human needs is the need to understand and be understood. This can be done easily if you keep yourself attentive to every happening whether that is a small one or big one. There is no substitute for paying attention.

The key to success is to get out into the store and listen to what the associates have to say. It is terribly important for everyone to get involved. The stories being said in Stores and such places where non-officers usually relax, are said to be reflection of the working. If any decision taken by the management has not been welcomed, you can get echo of that reaction in these stories. You may find the review of your dreams. If you have determined to Accomplish Your Dreams, you can modify your strategy on basis of such stories. The best ideas and solutions to the problems can come from clerks, floor helpers and stock boys. Further, you must develop your habit of listening more and more, it is a magnetic and strange thing, a creative force. The friends who listen to us are the ones we move toward. When we are listened to, it creates us, makes us unfold and expand.

When you wish to Accomplish Your Dreams, you need to be notorious for thinking that your way was the only way! If you are in business for yourself or aspire to be this is a trait that you are likely to be familiar with it. If you do it, each day you may get a bit closer towards beating this type of mentality! You see, I truly believe that in order for us to reach full maturity in any organization it should be done by fostering an attitude of total empowerment from each member of your organization! To hear, but not truly listen simply didn't fit into my personal biz. philosophy. Therefore I have vowed each day that I will do all that is necessary to get past my old beliefs! I truly believe that the key to success in your organization will inevitably laying in your ability to build and develop those around you! Simply put if you do not truly listen to those you are associated with then you are likely missing the boat on one of the best resources available in your organization (or personal life).

Remember, people will judge you by your actions, not your intentions. You may have a heart of gold -- but so does a hard-boiled egg. Whatever you dream for, you must do something to Accomplish Your Dreams. You know! Ideologies separate us. Dreams and anguish bring us together.
